CEL: Przywrócenie zdolności 60 mieszkańców wybranych gmin powiatu działdowskiego, ostródzkiego, nidzickiego, lidzbarskiego, elbląskiego, szczycieńskiego i nowomiejskiego (w tym 24 osób niepełnosprawnych [ON] i 37K) pozostających bez pracy, zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa lub wykluczeniem społecznym ze względu na niepełnosprawność i/lub korzystanie ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej [PS]/kwalifikowanie się do otrzymania PS do udziału w życiu społeczno-zawodowym oraz zdobycie zatrudnienia w zawodach zgodnych z zapotrzebowaniem lokalnego RP oraz włączenie społeczne w okresie 01.10.2019-31.12.2020 EFEKT: Odbudowa i podtrzymanie umiejętności uczestniczenia w życiu społ., reintegracja zaw. oraz zapobieganie procesom ubóstwa czy wyklucz. społ. GRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ [GD] stanowi 60 osób (37K/23M), zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które w dniu objęcia pierwszą formą wsparcia, (IŚR) spełnią łącznie nw. kryteria: - Wiek 18-64 lata - Zamieszkiwanie, zgodnie z KC, na terenie gmin pow. działdowskiego, ostródzkiego, nidzickiego, lidzbarskiego, elbląskiego, szczycieńskiego lub nowomiejskiego, w których procent os. korzystających z PS jest wyższy niż średnia woj. - Pozostawanie bez zatrudnienia (os. bierne zaw. lub bezrobotne, wymagające w pierwszej kolejności usług integracji społ.) - Status os. zagroż. wyklucz. społ. i/lub ubóstwem z powodu niepełnosprawności i/lub korzystania ze świadczeń PS/kwalifikowania się do objęcia PS ZADANIA: a) Opracowanie Indywidualnych Ścieżek Reintegracji b) Poradnictwo psychologiczne c) Trening kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych d) Pośrednictwo pracy e) Szkolenia zawodowe f) Staże zawod. g) Zatrudnienie wspomagane REZULTATY: - Min. 40% GD uzyska kwalifikacje zawodowe - Min. 34% GD poprawi swoją sytuację społ. - Min. 25% GD podejmie zatrudnienie po zakończeniu udziału w proj. - Min. 25% GD utrzyma zatrud. w okresie 3 m-cy po zakończ. udziału w proj. OBJECTIVE: Restoring the capacity of 60 inhabitants of selected municipalities of the districts of Dziadowski, Ostródzki, Nidzicki, Lidzbarski, Elbląg, Peñsk and New Town (including 24 people with disabilities [ON] and 37K) who are unemployed, at risk of poverty or social exclusion due to disability and/or the use of social assistance benefits [PS]/qualification to receive FVCs to participate in socio-professional life and gain employment in professions that meet the needs of the Polish local Republic and social inclusion in the period 01.10.2019-31.12.2020 ETF: Rebuilding and sustaining the ability to participate in society, reintegrating incl. and preventing poverty or social exclusion. The [GD] group consists of 60 people (37K/23M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion who, on the date of the first form of support, will meet the following cumulative criteria: — Age 18-64 – Residing, in accordance with the CC, in the communes of the area of the region of Działdowski, Ostródzki, Nidzicki, Lidzbarski, Elbląg, Peak or New Town, where the percentage of persons benefiting from the PS is higher than the average voivodship. — Absence of employment (passive or unemployed persons, requiring integration services in the first place) – The status of persons at risk excludes social and/or poverty due to disability and/or benefit from FVC/qualification for FVS REQUIREMENTS: a) Elaboration of Individual Reintegration Paths b) Psychological counselling c) Training of competences and social skills d) Employment mediation e) Vocational training f) Traineeships. g) Assisted employment RESULTS: — Min. 40 % of GD get professional qualifications – Min. 34 % of GD will improve its social situation. — At least 25 % of the GD will take up employment after the end of the project. — Min. 25 % of GD will maintain trouble in the 3 months after the end of the project.
