Cel główny projektu: przywrócenie na rynek pracy 20 os. spośród 24 os. (23K/1M), opiekunów dzieci do lat 3, zamieszkałych na terenie powiatów strzelińskiego, oławskiego, oleśnickiego i wrocławskiego WD, w tym 50% na obszarach wiejskich, objętych wsparciem aktywizacyjnym i finansowym w okresie 11.2020-01.2022.Grupa docelowa: 24 os. (23K/1M) zamieszkujące powiaty strzeliński, oławski, oleśnicki i wrocławski woj. dolnośląskiego (w rozumieniu przepisów KC), osoby bezrobotne lub osoby bierne zawodowo pozostające poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, w tym osoby, które przerwały karierę zawodową ze względu na urodzenie dziecka lub przebywające na urlopie wychowawczym oraz osoby pracujące sprawujące opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3.Wsparcie: 24 osoby otrzymają dofinansowanie pokryciastawki netto i składek ZUS do wynagrodzenia niani przez maksymalny okres 12 miesięcy lub do ukończenia przez dziecko 3 roku życia. 12 osób skorzysta ze wsparcia doradczo-aktywizacyjnego w postaci doradztwa zawodowego oraz szkoleń zawodowych. Main objective of the project: reintegration into the labour market of 20 people out of 24 (23K/1M), guardians of children under 3 years of age residing in the districts of shooting, Oławy, Olesnica and Wrocław WD, including 50 % in rural areas, covered by activation and financial support in the period 11.2020-01.2022. Target group: 24 people (23K/1M) residing in the districts of Goriński, Oławski, Oleśnicki and Wrocław Province of Dolnośląskie (within the meaning of the provisions of the CC), unemployed or inactive persons who remain outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children up to 3 years, including those who interrupted their professional career due to the birth of a child or on parental leave and those working with children under the age of 3.Support: 24 people will receive funding for net coverage and social security contributions to the nanny’s salary for a maximum period of 12 months or until the child reaches 3 years of age. 12 people will benefit from advisory and activation support in the form of career counselling and vocational training.
