DZIAŁANIA: •identyfikacja potrzeb oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia społeczno-zawodowego,m.in.poprzez opracowanie ścieżki reintegracji oraz IPD •warsztaty psychologiczne •teambuilding-podniesienie kompetencji społecznych •jobcoaching •szkolenia zawodowe •staż GRUPA DOCELOWA: 48 osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego w wieku 18-64 lat,niezamieszkałe na terenie MOF Olsztynaw tym osoby bezrobotne,które zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy znajdą się w trzeciej grupie osób(tzw.oddalonych od rynku pracy)zamieszkujących na terenie gmin ,w których % os.korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społ.jest wyższy niż średni % na terenie woj. warmińsko-mazurskiego w roz.KC tj. Bisztynek,Górowo Iław., Sępopol, Bartoszyce(GOPS),Górowo Ił.(GOPS), Orneta, Kiwity,Lidzbark Warm., Lubomino,Janowiec Kośc., Janowo,Kozłowo, Biskupiec,Olsztynek, Kolno Świątki Skład: •min.60%uczestników-kobiety tj.29 osób, •min.30%uczestników-osoby długotrwale bezrobotne,w tym zakwalifikowane do III profilu pomocy tj.15 osób, •min.15%uczestników-osoby bezrobotne zakwalifikowane do III profilu pomocy tj.8 osób, •min.10%uczestników-osoby z niepełnosprawnościami tj.5 osób. OBJECTIF: augmenter le niveau d’activité socioprofessionnelle et accroître l’employabilité de 48 personnes appartenant au groupe cible grâce à la mise en œuvre d’un soutien global entre le 5 mai 2018 et le 7 juillet 2019, ce qui a permis de parvenir à une efficacité sociale et en matière d’emploi. ACTIONS: •identification des besoins et diagnostic des possibilités d’amélioration socioprofessionnelle, y compris par le développement de parcours de réinsertion et de DPI •ateliers psychologiques •mise en place d’équipes-augmentation des compétences sociales •Coaching •formation professionnelle •Groupe Docel: 48 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale entre 18 et 64 ans, ne résidant pas au Ministère de l’emploi d’Olsztynaw, y compris les chômeurs, qui, conformément à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et les institutions du marché du travail, feront partie du troisième groupe de personnes (appelées «éloignées du marché du travail») résidant dans des municipalités où le pourcentage de personnes bénéficiant de l’aide sociale est supérieur au pourcentage moyen de la voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie dans le KC, c’est-à-dire. Bisztynek, Gorowo Iław., Sępopol, Bartoszyce (GOPS), Gorowo Ił.
