Projekt kierowany jest do 272 mieszkańców subregionu olsztyńskiego, w tym 66K i 124M zwolnionych z przyczyn dotyczących zakładu pracy w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 m-cy przed dniem przystąpienia do projektu oraz 28K i 54M przewidzianych lub zagrożonych zwolnieniem, z przyczyn zakładu pracy. W szczególności wsparciem zostaną objęte os. młode (30-) lub starsze (45+) i/lub os. z niskim wykształceniem oraz mężczyźni, których sytuacja na lokalnym rynku pracy jest dużo gorsza. Celem projektu jest przeciwdziałanie negatywnym skutkom procesów restrukturyzacyjnych w subreg. olsztyńskim poprzez utrzymanie aktywności zawodowej min. 150 z 272 osób objętych wsparciem szkoleniowo-doradczym i dotacyjnym (outplacementowym), do VII.2018 r. W okresie V.2016-VII.2018 przewiduje się realizację następujących zadań: 1.Monitoring rynku pracy – obejmuje działania nakierowane na stały monitoring rynku, obsługę osób kwalifikujących się do projektu, skierowanie ich na adekwatną ścieżkę i po jej odbyciu monitorowanie zatrudnienia/samozatrudnienia uczestników; 2.Ścieżka szkoleniowa dla 200 os. – w ramach której poprzez identyfikację potrzeb i diagnozowanie możliwości uczestnika w kontekście potrzeb rynku zapewnione jest zindywidualizowane wsparcie szkoleniowo-doradcze wraz z pośrednictwem pracy, przyczyniające się do łagodnego powrotu na rynek pracy; 3.Ścieżka dotacyjna dla 72 os. – pozwalająca nabyć kompetencje w zakresie rozpoczęcia i prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej i przygotowywania wniosku o udzielenie wsparcia finansowego z możliwością uzyskania dotacji na utworzenie firmy (dla 64 os) i doradztwa merytorycznego w okresie pierwszych 12 m-cy; przyczyniających się do osiągnięcia poniższych rezultatów po opuszczeniu programu: -podjęcie pracy lub kontynuacja zatrudnienia przez min. 150 os., -podjęcie pracy lub samozatrudnienia przez min. 95 os. przystępujących do projektu jako osoby niepracujące, -nabycie lub podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych w projekcie przez 160 os. The project is addressed to 272 inhabitants of the Olsztyn subregion, including 66K and 124M dismissed for reasons relating to the workplace in a period not longer than 6 m before the date of accession of the project and 28K and 54M provided for or threatened with dismissal, for the reasons of the workplace. In particular, support will be given to young people (30-) or older (45+) and/or low-educated people, and men whose situation on the local labour market is much worse. The aim of the project is to counteract the negative effects of restructuring processes in the Olsztyn sub-reg. by maintaining at least 150 of the 272 persons covered by the training, advisory and grant support (outplacement) support until VII.2018. In the period V.2016-VII.2018 the following tasks are foreseen: 1.Monitoring of the labour market – includes activities aimed at continuous market monitoring, servicing the persons eligible for the project, directing them on an appropriate path and following its follow-up to monitoring the employment/self-employment of participants; 2.Training path for 200 people. — by identifying needs and diagnosing the possibilities of a participant in the context of market needs, personalised training and advisory support, together with work, is provided, contributing to a smooth return to the labour market; 3.A grant path for 72 people. — allowing to acquire competence in starting and running a business and preparing an application for financial support with the possibility of obtaining grants for the establishment of a company (for 64 persons) and advice on the content of the first 12 months; contributing to the following results after leaving the programme: — taking up work or continuing employment by at least 150 people, taking up work or self-employment by at least 95 people joining the project as non-workers, -acquisition or upgrading of professional qualifications in the project by 160 persons. Le projet s’adresse à 272 habitants de la sous-région d’Olsztyn, dont 66K et 124M, qui ont été licenciés pour des motifs liés au lieu de travail pendant une période n’excédant pas 6 mois avant la date d’adhésion au projet et 28K et 54M prévus ou menacés d’être licenciés pour des raisons professionnelles. En particulier, les jeunes (30 ans) ou plus (45 ans et plus) et/ou les personnes ayant un faible niveau d’instruction et les hommes dont le marché du travail local est bien pire bénéficieront d’un soutien. L’objectif du projet est de lutter contre les effets négatifs des processus de restructuration dans le sous-régime Olsztyn en maintenant jusqu’au VII.2018 au moins 150 des 272 personnes bénéficiant d’un soutien en matière de formation, de conseil et de subvention. Les tâches suivantes devraient être exécutées au cours de la période V.2016-VII.2018: 1.Surveillance du marché du travail — comprend des activités visant à assurer une surveillance continue du marché, à fournir des services aux personnes éligibles au projet, à les orienter vers une trajectoire adéquate et à surveiller l’emploi/l’emploi indépendant des participants après leur achèvement; 2. chemin de formation pour 200 personnes. — lorsque, en identifiant les besoins et en diagnostant les possibilités du participant dans le contexte des besoins du marché, une formation individualisée et un soutien d’orientation sont fournis en même temps que le placement, ce qui contribue à une réinsertion harmonieuse sur le marché du travail; 3. Voie d’octroi pour 72 personnes. — permettre l’acquisition de compétences dans le domaine du démarrage et de la gestion d’une entreprise et préparer une demande de soutien financier avec la possibilité d’obtenir une subvention pour la création d’une entreprise (pour 64 personnes) et des conseils techniques au cours des 12 premiers mois; contribuer à la réalisation des résultats suivants après avoir quitté le programme: — la prise d’emploi ou la poursuite d’un emploi pour au moins 150 personnes, — l’acquisition d’un emploi ou d’un travail indépendant pour au moins 95 personnes adhérant au projet en tant que non-travailleurs, — l’acquisition ou la mise à niveau de qualifications professionnelles dans le projet par 160 personnes.
