Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie do 31.10.19 aktywności społecznej i zawodowej 60(36K) os.zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, zam. na obszarze realizacji proj. oraz podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min.15os. do 4 tygodni od zakończenia udziału w proj. W ramach projektu przewidziane są następujące formy wsparcia: 1)Aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa,w tym: -warsztaty motywacyjno-integracyjne -opracowanie indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji -indywidualne poradnictwo psychologiczne -trening umiejętności i kompetencji społ. -indywidualne poradnictwo specjalistyczne 2)Szkolenia zawodowe zgodne z zapotrzebowaniem lokalnego rynku pracy 3)Pomoc w wejściu na rynek pracy,w tym: -warsztaty „Aktywni na rynku pracy” -wsparcie w znalezieniu zatrudnienia -staże zawodowe. Projekt skierowany jest do os.zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w wieku 18-64 (w tym os.bezrobotnych, które zg. z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy znajdują się w trzecie grupie os.), zam. na terenie gmin: powiatu bartoszyckiego-Bisztynek, Górowo Ił (wiejska, miejska), Sępopol, Bartoszyce (wiejska); braniewskiego-Frombork, Pieniężno, Braniewo (wiejska), Lelkowo, Płoskinia, Wilczęta (za wyj.os.odbywających karę pozbaw.wolności). Wsparciem w ramach proj.objętych zostanie 60(36K) os.zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społ, w tym 6 os. z niepełnosprawnościami i min.18(11K) os. długotrwale bezrobotnych. W wyniku realizowanych działań kwalifikacje zawodowe uzyska 48os, 4os. będą poszukiwać pracy, 15os. podejmie zatrudnienie. W wyniku realizacji projektu do 3 m-cy od zakończenia udziału w projekcie osiągnięta zostanie: 1)dla os.zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym: -efektywność społeczna-min.34% -efektywność zatrudnieniowa-min.22% 2)dla os.o znacznym stopniu niepełn, os.z niepełn.itelektualnymi oraz os.z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi: -efektywność społeczna-min.34% -efektywność zatrudnieniowa-min.12% (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to raise to 31.10.19 social and professional participation 60(36K) people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, in the area of implementation of the project and taking up employment by at least 15 people to 4 weeks after the end of participation in the project. The project provides for the following forms of support: 1)Socio-professional activation, including: —motivating and integration workshops – developing an individual path of reintegration – individual psychological counselling – training of skills and competences of the community. —individual specialist advice 2) Vocational training in line with local labour market needs 3)Help in entering the labour market, including: —workshops “Active on the labour market” -support in finding employment – occupational internships. The project is addressed to people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, aged 18-64 (including unemployed persons, who are in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions in the third group of persons), in communes: Bartoszycki-Bisztynek powiat, Górowo Ił (rural, urban), Sępopol, Bartoszyce (rural); Braniewski-Frombork, Money, Braniewo (rural), Lelkowo, Płoskinia, Wilczeta (except those who are executing the freedom penalty). Support under the project will cover 60(36K) people at risk of poverty and/or exclusion of the community, including 6 people with disabilities and min.18(11K) long-term unemployed. As a result of the implemented activities, professional qualifications will obtain 48 people, 4 people will look for a job, 15 people will take up employment. As a result of the project, up to 3 m from the end of participation in the project, the following will be achieved: 1)for people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion: —social efficiency-min.34 %-employment efficiency-min.22 % 2)for people with a significant degree of incompleteness, persons with partial and elective disabilities and people with coupled disabilities: —social efficiency-min.34 %-employment efficiency-min.12 % (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’augmenter d’ici le 31.10,19 l’activité sociale et professionnelle 60(36K) menacée de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, d’ordre dans la zone du projet et de prendre un emploi pour un minimum de 15 personnes jusqu’à 4 semaines après la fin de la participation au projet. Le projet prévoit les formes de soutien suivantes: 1) activation socio-professionnelle, y compris: —ateliers de motivation et d’intégration -développement de parcours de réinsertion individuelle -orientation psychologique individuelle -formation des aptitudes et des compétences de la société. —orientation spécialisée individuelle 2)Formation professionnelle en fonction des besoins du marché du travail local 3)Aide à entrer sur le marché du travail, y compris: —ateliers «actifs sur le marché du travail» -soutien aux placements dans l’emploi. Le projet s’adresse aux personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, âgées de 18 à 64 ans (y compris les chômeurs qui, selon la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et les institutions du marché du travail, font partie du troisième groupe de personnes). District de Bartoszycki-Bisztynek, Górowo Ił (rural, urbain), Sępopol, Bartoszyce (rural); Braniewska-Frombork, Pieniężno, Braniewo (rural), Lelkowo, Płoskinia, Wilczęta (pour ceux qui ont reçu le châtiment de la liberté). Le projet soutiendra 60(36K) personnes menacées de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, dont 6 personnes handicapées et un minimum de 18(11K) pour les chômeurs de longue durée. Grâce aux activités exercées, les qualifications professionnelles obtiendront 48 personnes, 4 personnes à la recherche d’un emploi, 15 personnes occuperont un emploi. Suite à la mise en œuvre du projet jusqu’à 3 mois à compter de la fin de la participation au projet: 1.pour les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale: —efficacité sociale-min.34 %-Efficacité de l’emploi-min.22 % 2)pour les personnes gravement incomplètes, partielles et intellectuelles et les personnes handicapées associées: —efficacité sociale-min.34 %-efficacité de l’emploi-min.12 % (French)
