Celem projektu jest wdrożenie operacji ujętych w ramach Lokalnej Strategii Rozwoju Lokalnej Grupy Działania "Puszcza Białowieska", w tym zaplanowanego wsparcia w zakresie realizacji Planu komunikacji ze społecznością lokalną do 31 grudnia 2017 r. Realizowany projekt jest zgodny z celami LSR LGD "PB": Celem ogólnym III. Rozwój potencjału LGD, Celami szczegółowymi III.1 Rozwój sfery społecznej i III.2 Zachowanie i promowanie potencjału kulturowo-przyrodniczego LGD ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem środowiska życia mieszkańców obszaru LGD. Główne rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji projektu: -wzrost zainteresowania działalnością LGD i wdrażaniem LSR przez mieszkańców obszaru, w tym przez osoby defaworyzowane; -wzrost liczby mieszkańców znających założenia funkcjonowania LGD i wdrażania LSR; -wzrost partycypacji lokalnej społeczności w realizacji LSR; -Informowanie potencjalnych wnioskodawców o możliwościach, technicznych aspektach realizacji i składania wniosków na operacje w ramach budżetu LSR, -wzrost kompetecji osób biorących udział w szkoleniach z zakresu aplikowania o środki w ramach LSR -wzrost kompetencji osób wdrażających LSR biorących udział w szkoleniach Grupa docelowa: mieszkańcy obszaru LGD "PB" ( w tym beneficjenci), grupy defaworyzowane i osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, pracownicy biura, Członkowie Zarządu i Członkowie Rady. Główne zadania, które zostaną zrealizowane w ramach projektu: - Realizacja planu komunikacji ze społecznością lokalną, w tym prowadzenie strony internetowej - Zatrudnienie pracowników - Doskonalenie zawodowe osób uczestniczących w realizacji LSR - Zapewnienie funkcjonowania biura LGD (Polish)

The aim of the project is to implement operations included in the Local Development Strategy of the Local Action Group “Puszcza Białowieska”, including the planned support for the implementation of the communication plan with the local community until 31 December 2017. The project is in line with the LSR objectives of the “PB” LAG: General Objective III. Capacity building of the LAGs, Specific Objectives III.1 Development of the social sphere and III.2 Preserving and promoting the cultural and natural potential of the LAG, with particular regard to the living environment of the LAGs. The main results to be achieved through the implementation of the project: —increasing interest in LAG activities and implementation of LSR by residents of the area, including disadvantaged persons; —an increase in the number of residents familiar with the functioning of LAGs and the implementation of LSR; —increase local community participation in LSR implementation; —Information of potential applicants on the possibilities, technical aspects of implementation and submission of applications for operations under the LSR budget, -increasing the competence of persons taking part in training courses in the field of applying for funds under the LSR -increasing competences of LSR implementing persons participating in the trainings Target group: residents of the ‘PB’ LAG area (including beneficiaries), disadvantaged groups and people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, office staff, Board members and Council Members. L’objectif du projet est de mettre en œuvre les opérations incluses dans la stratégie de développement local du groupe d’action pour les forêts de Białowieża, y compris l’appui prévu à la mise en œuvre du plan de communication avec la communauté locale jusqu’au 31 décembre 2017. Le projet mis en œuvre est conforme aux objectifs de la RDT du GAL «PB»: Objectif général III. Développement du potentiel des GAL, objectifs spécifiques III.1 Développement de la sphère sociale et III.2 Préserver et promouvoir le potentiel culturel et naturel des GAL, en mettant particulièrement l’accent sur le milieu de vie des habitants de la zone GAL. Principaux résultats à atteindre grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet: —accroître l’intérêt pour les activités des GAL et la mise en œuvre de la RDT par les résidents locaux, y compris les personnes défavorisées; —augmentation du nombre d’habitants connaissant les hypothèses relatives au fonctionnement du GAL et à la mise en œuvre de la RDT; —accroître la participation des communautés locales à la mise en œuvre de la LSR; —D’informer les candidats potentiels sur les possibilités, les aspects techniques de la mise en œuvre et de la présentation des demandes d’intervention dans le cadre du budget de la RSL, -l’augmentation des compétences des personnes participant à des formations dans le domaine de la demande de mesures dans le cadre de la LSR -l’augmentation des compétences des personnes qui mettent en œuvre des DSL participant à des formations Groupe cible: les résidents de la zone du GAL «PB» (y compris les bénéficiaires), les groupes défavorisés et les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, le personnel de bureau, les membres du conseil d’administration et les membres du Conseil. Les principales tâches à réaliser dans le cadre du projet: — Mise en œuvre du plan de communication avec la communauté locale, y compris le fonctionnement du site web — Emploi des employés — Amélioration professionnelle des personnes participant à la mise en œuvre de la RSL — Assurer le fonctionnement du bureau du GAL (French)
