Zasadniczym problemem, który można dostrzec w zakresie opieki nad kobietą ciężarną oraz noworodkiem i z dzieckiem do 2. roku życia jest nieadekwatna ilość usług zdrowotnych finansowanych przez NFZ. Dotyczy to zarówno fachowego poradnictwa przygotowującego kobiety ciężarne do porodu, jak i wykrywania wad genetycznych dziecka w okresie płodowym, oraz wykrywania i niwelowania psychoruchowych wad rozwojowych zdiagnozowanych u noworodków. W związku z powyższym projekt dotyczy kompleksowej - jednocześnie komplementarnej wobec świadczeń finansowanych przez NFZ - opieki nad matką i dzieckiem do 2. roku życia, w zakresie: 1) Poprawa jakości opieki nad kobietą w okresie ciąży, porodu i połogu, w ramach którego realizowane będą działania: - wczesne wykrywanie wad rozwojowych (badania prenatalne dla kobiet, które nie są objęte refundacją tych badań przez NFZ ), - mobilna opieka okołoporodowa (w pierw. 3 m-cach ciąży oraz w zakresie nie refundowanym przez NFZ), - poradnictwo specjalistyczne dla rodziców - szkolenia dla personelu medycznego (lekarze - badania prenatalne, personel z zakresu umiejętności interpersonalnych) 2) Ochrona zdrowia dziecka w kierunku wsparcia jego rozwoju psychospołecznego, w ramach którego realizowane będą działania: - pogłębiona diagnostyka rozwoju (psychomotorycznego) dziecka, - wsparcie koordynowane - - niwelowanie nieprawidłowości w rozwoju dzieci do lat 2 (mobilny instruktaż rehabilitacji, opieka psychologiczna, wsparcie z zakresu żywienia), W ramach wszystkich modułów realizowane będą działania edukacyjno-informacyjne. This includes both professional counselling to prepare pregnant women for childbirth, as well as the detection of genetic defects in the foetal stage, and the detection and correction of psychomotor malformations diagnosed in newborns. In view of the above, the project concerns comprehensive, at the same time complementary to NFZ-funded services – mother and child care up to the age of 2, in the scope of: 1) Improving the quality of care for a woman during pregnancy, childbirth and childbirth, which will include: — early detection of developmental defects (prenatal research for women who are not covered by the reimbursement of these studies by the NFZ), – mobile perinatal care (first. 3 months of pregnancy and in the scope not reimbursed by the NFZ), – specialist advice for parents – training for medical staff (medicines – prenatal research, staff in the field of interpersonal skills) 2) Protection of the child’s health towards supporting his/her psychosocial development, in which actions will be carried out: — in-depth diagnosis of the (psychomotoral) development of a child, – coordinated support – - correcting irregularities in the development of children under the age of 2 (mobile rehabilitation instruction, psychological care, support in the field of nutrition), Educational and information activities will be carried out within all modules. Un problème majeur qui se manifeste dans les soins d’une femme enceinte et d’un nouveau-né et d’un enfant jusqu’à l’âge de 2 ans est l’insuffisance des services de santé financés par la Nouvelle-Zélande. Cela comprend à la fois des conseils d’experts pour préparer les femmes enceintes à l’accouchement et la détection des défauts génétiques d’un enfant pendant la période foetale, ainsi que la détection et l’élimination des malformations psychomoteurs diagnostiquées chez les nouveau-nés. Compte tenu de ce qui précède, le projet concerne une prise en charge complète, complémentaire des prestations financées par la NFZ, d’une mère et d’un enfant jusqu’à l’âge de 2 ans dans les domaines suivants: 1) Améliorer la qualité des soins dispensés à une femme pendant la grossesse, l ‘accouchement et l’ accouchement, dans le cadre desquelles des activités seront mises en œuvre: — détection précoce des malformations (études prénatales pour les femmes qui ne sont pas couvertes par le remboursement de la NFZ) — soins périnatals mobiles (premièrement. 3 mois de grossesse et sur le terrain non remboursés par la NFZ), — conseil spécialisé pour les parents — formation du personnel médical (médecins — études prénatales, personnel dans le domaine des compétences interpersonnelles) 2) Protection de la santé de l’enfant en vue de soutenir son développement psychosocial, dans le cadre de laquelle des activités seront mises en œuvre: — diagnostic approfondi du développement de l’enfant (psychomotrice), — soutien coordonné — remédier aux irrégularités dans le développement des enfants de moins de 2 ans (instruction mobile de réadaptation, prise en charge psychologique, soutien dans le domaine de la nutrition).
