Проектното предложение предвижда изграждането на комплекс за социални грижи за възрастни хора и лица с умствена изостаналост на територията на община Велико Търново, съгласно Картата на услугите за подкрепа в общността и Картата на резидентните услуги, чрез:1. Изграждане на 4 сгради (ново строителство), всяка от които с предназначение за предоставяне на услуга „Център за грижа за лица с умствена изостаналост“ с общ капацитет 60 лица (места) в с. Церова кория, община Велико Търново. Центровете представляват отделни масивни сгради, разположени в общ парцел, със самостоятелни прилежащи дворни пространства. Архитектурно ще бъдат оформени в единен композиционен комплекс. Общото за комплекса външно прилежащо пространство ще се оформи като паркова среда, с места за почивка и разходки. Предвижда се изграждане на обща кухня майка (в изнесена пристройка към една от сградите), обзаведена и оборудвана съобразно общия брой на потребителите. 2. Ремонт, реконструкция, осъвременяване и саниране на съществуваща сграда за предоставяне на услуга "Център за грижа за възрастни хора в невъзможност за самообслужване" с капацитет 15 лица (места) в град Велико Търново. Центърът ще бъде обособен като самостоятелен обект с отделен вход и собствено прилежащо дворно пространство. Във всяка от посочените сгради ще има помещения за общо ползване, лични и сервизни помещения (складови; инсталационни; за персонала, включително медицински кабинети според нормативните изисквания). Ще бъдат осъществени дейности по инженеринг (проектиране, авторски надзор и изпълнение на строителството); изготвяне на оценка за съответствие; строителен надзор; информационно-комуникационна кампания за популяризиране на проекта и източниците на финансиране. Ще бъде закупено, доставено и монтирано необходимото оборудване и обзавеждане, съобразно изискванията за предоставяне на съответната услуга, а прилежащите дворни пространства ще бъдат благоустроени. The project proposal provides for the construction of a complex for social care for the elderly and persons with mental disabilities on the territory of Veliko Tarnovo municipality, according to the Community Support Services Map and the Map of Residential Services through:1. Construction of 4 buildings (new construction), each of which is designed to provide a service “Center for care of persons with mental retardation” with a total capacity of 60 persons (places) in the village of Tserova Korya, Veliko Tarnovo municipality. The centres are separate massive buildings, located in a common plot, with separate adjacent yards. Architecturally they will be formed in a single composition complex. The common space for the complex will be formed as a park environment, with places for rest and walks. It is envisaged to build a common kitchen mother (in an external annex to one of the buildings), furnished and equipped according to the total number of users. 2. Repair, refurbishment, modernisation and renovation of an existing building for the provision of service “Center for care for elderly people in inability to self-service” with capacity of 15 persons (places) in Veliko Tarnovo. The center will be separated as a separate site with a separate entrance and its own adjacent yard space. Each of these buildings will have shared, personal and service premises (warehouses; installation; for staff, including medical offices according to regulatory requirements). Engineering activities (design, author’s supervision and construction execution) will be carried out; preparation of conformity assessment; construction supervision; information and communication campaign to promote the project and the sources of funding. The necessary equipment and furnishings will be purchased, delivered and installed in accordance with the requirements for the provision of the relevant service, and the adjacent yards will be upgraded.
