Проект " Реализация чрез интеграция в Община Вълчи дол" ще позволи по взаимодопълващ се начин да бъдат използвани възможностите на двете оперативни програми – Оперативна програма „Развитие на човешките ресурси” 2014-2020 и Оперативна програма „Наука и образование за интелигентен растеж” 2014-2020 г. Мобилизирането на ресурс от различни източници в изпълнение на важни за общината приоритети е инструмент за търсене решение на проблемите в общината за разрешаване на икономически и социални проблеми. Реализирането на проекта предлага задълбочен и последователен подход. С оглед интегрираният характер на дейностите, включени в проектно предложение, те са подчинени на една цялостна визия за създаване на траен модел за сътрудничество на местно ниво, с участието на всички институции, партньори и асоциирани партньори, работещи в тази област на местно ниво. Проектът предлага дейности с включени съществуващи услуги и структури, с цел осигуряване устойчивост на мерките.Интегрираните мерки са сведени до ниво ползвател (представител на целевите групи) като е заложено работа с един ползвател в няколко направления едновременно (трудова заетост, социални услуги, образование и др.). Проектът ще допринесе за постигане на трайна интеграция за най-маргинализираните общности и повишаване качеството им на живот, като за постигане на целта е приложен интегриран подход.Изключително важно за лицата - безработните и хората в неравностойно социално положение и учащи от целевата група е да осмислят и приемат необходимостта от промяна на живота си: да се обучават, за да си осигурят работно място и да могат да организират своя собствен живот самостоятелно, както и да помогнат на своите деца и близки да се интегрират взаимно в Общността. Стъпка в правилната посока, която е предмет на настоящия проект е интегрирането им в Общността. Това несъмнено е главен стимул за развитие на инициативност, за по-високо самочувствие и реален шанс за включване в житейския процес и реализацията им в обществото. (Bulgarian)

The project “Realisation through integration in the Municipality of Valchi Dol” will allow in a complementary way to exploit the opportunities of the two operational programmes — Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020 and Operational Programme “Science and Education for Smart Growth” 2014-2020. Mobilising a resource from different sources in fulfilment of important priorities for the municipality is a tool for seeking a solution to the problems in the municipality for solving economic and social problems. The implementation of the project offers a thorough and consistent approach. In view of the integrated nature of the activities included in a project proposal, they are subject to a comprehensive vision of creating a lasting model of cooperation at local level, involving all institutions, partners and associated partners working in this field at local level. The project offers activities with existing services and structures in order to ensure the sustainability of the measures.The integrated measures are reduced to the user level (representative of the target groups) and there is work with one user in several directions at the same time (employment, social services, education, etc.). The project will contribute to achieving lasting integration for the most marginalised communities and improving their quality of life, with an integrated approach to achieving this goal.It is extremely important for the unemployed and the socially disadvantaged and the target learners to understand and accept the need to change their lives: to train to secure a job and to be able to organise their own life independently, as well as to help their children and relatives integrate each other into the Community. A step in the right direction which is the subject of this project is their integration into the Community. This is undoubtedly a major incentive for the development of initiative, for higher self-esteem and a real chance of being involved in the life process and their realisation in society. (English)
