Проектът е насочен към повишаване на качеството в системата на висшето образование (ВО) чрез осигуряване на обективна оценка въз основа на данните от рейтинговата система. Целите и дейностите са разработени изцяло в съответствие с изискванията на процедурата по схема „Поддържане и усъвършенстване на разработената рейтингова система на висшите училища“ – Фаза 1. Проектното предложение е съобразено с нормативните документи в системата на ВО и най-вече със Стратегията за развитие на висшето образование в РБ за периода 2014-2020 г. и планът за действие към нея. За постигане на целите в проектното предложение са заложени следните дейности:1. Подготвителни и организационни дейности2. Актуализиране, публикуване и популяризиране на рейтинговата система3. Дейности, свързани с интеграция на съществуващите информационни системи и регистри4. Мултипликация и устойчивост5. Дейности по информиране и публичност на проекта6. Дейности по организация и управление на проектаРСВУ е утвърден и работещ механизъм, изключително необходим при разработване и прилагане на политиките на МОН в областта на ВО. Непрекъснатото усъвършенстване на системата ще улесни достъпа до ВО, ще повиши качеството на предлаганото обучение, поставяйки ВУ в конкурентна среда. (Bulgarian)

The project aims at improving the quality of the Higher Education (HE) system by providing an objective assessment based on the data from the rating system. The objectives and activities are fully developed in accordance with the requirements of the procedure under the scheme “Maintenance and improvement of the developed rating system of higher education institutions” — Phase 1. The project proposal is in line with the normative documents in the system of the CA and, above all, with the Strategy for the Development of Higher Education in the Republic of Bulgaria 2014-2020 and its Action Plan. The following activities are set out in the project proposal to achieve the objectives:1. Preparatory and organisational activities2. Update, publish and promote the rating system3. Activities related to the integration of existing information systems and registers4. Multiplication and Resistance5. Information and publicity activities of the project6. Project organisation and management activities are an established and operational mechanism, essential for the development and implementation of the policies of the Ministry of Education and Science in the field of HE. Continuous improvement of the system will facilitate access to HE, increase the quality of training offered, placing HEIs in a competitive environment. (English)
