" Енеркемикал" ООД е водещо предприятие за производство и рециклиране на металообработващи и металорежещо машини с над четиридесет годишна история. То е правоприемник на най- модерното за времето си българско машиностроително предприятие - "Никола Вапцаров" гр. Плевен. Предприятието е изживяло своята еволюция и е преминало през отделни етапи в развитието си. През последните години, с оглед на пазарните условия и търсене, дружеството преориентира своята дейност към производство на детайли и елементи, предназначени за предприятията от промишления и строителния сектор и селското стопанство. Специализирано е в производството на метални конструкции, планки, анкерни болтове,колена, преходници, кофи с планки, тапи за колектори, корпуси за сепаратори, мелници за дървесни отпадъци и др. Дружеството предлага и следните услуги- ремонт на металообработващи машини, селскостопанска техника, стругарски и заваръчни услуги, газов разкрой на детайли, механична обработка на стрели и т.н. Основният проблем пред "Енеркемикал" ООД е морално остарялата техника и съоръжения, което възпрепятства приемането на договори и поръчки с кратък срок на изпълнение и голяма сложност. За да отговори на нарастващите изисквания на своите клиенти и пазарната среда по отношение на качеството и срока на изпълнение, както и да разшири асортимента, ръководството на дружеството е заложило в своята инвестиционна програма модернизация на машините.В настоящото проектно предложение е заложено закупуването на: тръбоогъваща машина, хоризонтален борверг, заваръчни апарати и мобилна аспирационна система. Доставчиците ще бъдат избрани с процедура открит избор, съгласно изискванията на ПМС 118/2014 г. Закупуването на заложените ДМА ще позволи допълването и доразвиването на съществуващите производствено - технологични линии, разширяването на дейността, изработването на продукти и предоставяне на нови услуги, разкриването на нови работни места. The enterprise has experienced its evolution and has undergone separate stages in its development. In recent years, in view of market conditions and demand, the company has shifted its activity towards the production of parts and elements intended for the industrial, construction and agricultural industries. It is specialised in the production of metal structures, plates, anchor bolts, wheels, adapters, buckets with plates, stoppers for collectors, housings for separators, mills for wood waste, etc. The company also offers the following services — repair of machine tools, agricultural machinery, turning and welding services, gas cutting of parts, mechanical processing of arrows, etc. The main problem for Enerkemical Ltd. is the obsolete equipment and equipment, which prevents the acceptance of contracts and orders with a short term of execution and great complexity. In order to meet the growing requirements of its customers and the market environment in terms of quality and term of execution, as well as to expand the range, the company’s management has laid down in its investment program modernisation of the machines.This project proposal provides for the purchase of: pipe bending machine, horizontal borver, welding apparatus and mobile suction system. The suppliers will be selected under an open selection procedure, in accordance with the Council of Ministers Decree 118/2014. The purchase of the planned FTAs will allow the completion and further development of existing production and technological lines, expansion of activity, production of products and provision of new services, creation of new jobs.
