Димо Данев към момента на кандидатстване отглежда в своето стопанство 125 броя пчелни семейства в пчелин, разположен в землището на с. Тракия, община Опан, област Стара Загора. За стопанисването на имота, в който е разположен пчелина, кандидата притежава нотариален акт за собственост. Отглежданите пчелни семейства са от породата Българска медоносна пчела, технологията на отглеждане е с кошери тип Дадан блат. Животновъдният обект е вписан в регистъра на животновъдните обекти на Областна дирекция по безопасност на храните - Стара Загора с ветеринарен регистрационен № 6074-0100, отговаря на ветеринарномедицинските изисквания, удостоверението за регистрация на пчелина е издадено на основание чл. 137, ал. 6 от Закона за ветеринарномедицинската дейност.
