"ВЕЛПА" ЕООД, гр. Каспичан е компания, специализирана в производство на каширани опаковки от велпапе и картон. Дружеството работи активно на българския пазар от 1998 г. През 2006 г. е изграден нов цех, който е оборудван с високопроизводителни съвременни машини. През 2009 г. започва сътрудничество между "ВЕЛПА" ЕООД и турската фирма Шишеджам, Тракия глас България ЕАД, гр.Търговище, като впоследствие дружеството успява да защити позициите си на надежден и коректен доставчик по отношение на качество, срокове и конкурентни цени при изработката и доставката на опаковки за изделия, произведени в Тракия глас България ЕАД. Към настоящия момент 90 % от оборота на дружеството се формира от опаковките, които произвежда за Тракия глас България ЕАД. Останалата част от продажбите са опаковки за клиенти като Дидис ООД, Ново стъкло ЕАД, Меггле България ЕООД, АДЛ-Идеал ООД и др. С цел по-пълно оползотворяване на капацитета на инсталираните в предприятието машини, дружеството извършва и услуги на ишлеме. Услугите включват - каширане и лепене за различни клиенти като Дедракс АД, Колорит прес ООД, Дуропак Тракия АД.От 2010 г. до настоящия момент производството на предприятието непрекъснато се увеличава като постигнатият на годишна база ръст е около 10-14 %.В изпълнение на проект "Енергийна ефективност във "ВЕЛПА" ЕООД" ще бъдат постигнати следните преки резултати:- Закупуване и пускане в експлоатация на нов щанцов автомат с възможност за обработка на каширани листове от рециклирани велпапе и картон с размери до 1600/1100 мм и производителност от 6000 листа/час;- Въведена и сертифицирана система за енергиен мениджмънт съгласно стандарт БДС EN ISO 50001:2011.- Годишни спестявания на енергия от препоръчания пакет мерки (ГС): 554 227.62 kWh/год.- Планирани енергийни спестявания за предприятието в резултат от изпълнението на проекта (ПЕС): 55.81%.- Фактор на енергийни спестявания (ESR) общо: 90.2 %- Срок на откупуване на инвестицията: 5,44 год.;- IRR: 18.28% (Bulgarian)

In 2006, a new workshop was built, which is equipped with high-performance modern machines. In 2009 a cooperation between Velpa EOOD and the Turkish company Shishecam, Thrace Voice Bulgaria EAD, Targovishte began, and subsequently the company managed to defend its position as a reliable and correct supplier in terms of quality, deadlines and competitive prices in the manufacture and delivery of packaging for products manufactured in Thrace Voice Bulgaria EAD. At present, 90 % of the company’s turnover is made up of the packaging that it produces for Thrace Voice Bulgaria EAD. The rest of the sales are packaging for customers such as Didis Ltd., Novo Glass EAD, Megle Bulgaria EOOD, ADL-Ideal Ltd., etc. In order to make full use of the capacity of the machines installed in the enterprise, the company also provides tolling services. The services include — kashing and gluing for various customers such as Dedrax AD, Colorrit Press Ltd., Duropak Trakia AD. Since 2010 the production of the enterprise is constantly increasing and the annual growth is about 10-14 %.In execution of the project “Energy Efficiency in Velpa” Ltd., the following direct results will be achieved:- Buying and commissioning a new punch machine with the ability to process cashed sheets of recycled corrugated cardboard with dimensions up to 1600/1100 mm and a productivity of 6000 sheets/hour;- Introduced and commissioned a new punch machine with the ability to process cashed sheets of recycled corrugated cardboard with dimensions up to 1600/1100 mm and a productivity of 6000 sheets/hour;- Introduced and certified system for energy management: EN-2012. 554 227.62 kWh/a- Planned energy savings for the enterprise as a result of the implementation of the project (PES): 55.81 %.- Energy Savings Factor (ESR) total: 90.2 %- Term of redemption of the investment: 5,44 years;- IRR: 18.28 % (English)
