Development of a multi-channel eIDAS-compliant eIDAS platform | |||||||||||||||
Property / summary | |||||||||||||||
The project concerns the R & D work leading to the design and preparation of the multi-channel technology of the registered electronic delivery platform in accordance with the EU eIDAS Regulation. This Regulation introduces and defines the service of registered electronic service. This technology will be made available as an electronic service in the SaaS formula. It will enable registered electronic delivery (electronic equivalent of registered mail) by means of one or more qualified electronic delivery services and will allow for the processing of this correspondence as part of the handling of business processes of companies and individuals. A distinctive feature of the service will be its openness and multi-channel, which will give users the opportunity to include delivery in other business services and to use recorded service directly in the user’s mail programs, instant messaging and possibly other channels. The service will also allow registered correspondence to users using registered delivery services from different providers. The planned work will last 33 months and will be divided into 4 Steps. The first will include industrial research, two further development work and a fourth pre-implementation work. The work on a multi-channel e-service platform responds to technological challenges, which relate to ensuring interoperability and practical complementarity of delivery and correspondence services, as well as the ergonomics and security of business processes in which registered deliveries are used. Projekt dotyczy prac B+R prowadzących do zaprojektowania i przygotowania do wprowadzenia na rynek technologii wielokanałowej platformy rejestrowanych doręczeń elektronicznych zgodnych z unijnym rozporządzeniem eIDAS. Rozporządzenie to wprowadza i definiuje usługę rejestrowanych doręczeń elektronicznych. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014) (Polish)
