Celem P jest podniesienie kompetencji 194 nauczycieli (N) (190K,4M) kl 1-3 publicznych 59 SP z terenu 18 gmin wiejskich i w-miejskich Rzeszowskiego NUTS3 w zakresie nauczania programowania do 31.12.2018 poprzez szkolenia stacjonarne grupowe, zajęcia praktyczneprowadz. przez N dla uczn wspólnie z trenerem, zapewnienie N wsparcia trenera na et szkoleń oraz po zakończeniu zajęć. Działania dla N zostaną uzupełnione szkoleniami w zakr. komp. cyfrowych dla osób dorosłych oraz działaniami adresowanymi do kadry kierowniczej szk. Aby umożliwić realizację zajęć N i szk. zostaną wyposażone w sprzęt dyd. Rezultatem P będzie podniesienie kompetencji w zakr programowania i nauczania programowania u min. 90% N potwierdzone otrzymaniem certyfikatu VCC. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany w partnerstwie: Fundacja VCC (Lider), Uniwersytet Rzeszowski, Podkarpackie Centrum Edukacji Nauczycieli w Rzeszowie i jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby N i szkół wynikające z diagnozy przygotowanej na etapie inicjowania P. The aim of P is to increase the competence of 194 teachers (N) (190K,4M) of 1-3 public classes 59 SP from the area of 18 municipalities of Rzeszów Rzeszów NUTS3 in the field of programming teaching up to 31.12.2018 through stationary group training, practical classes guided by N for students together with a trainer, providing N coach support for et training and after the end of classes. Activities for N will be complemented by digital training for adults and activities addressed to the management of schools. To enable N and glass classes to be carried out, they will be equipped with teaching equipment. The result of P will be to increase competence in programming and teaching programming in at least 90 % N confirmed by obtaining a VCC certificate. The project will be implemented in partnership: VCC Foundation (Leder), Rzeszów University, Podkarpackie Center for Teacher Education in Rzeszów and is a response to the needs of N and schools resulting from the diagnosis prepared at the initiation stage of P. L’objectif de P est d’améliorer les compétences de 194 enseignants (N) (190K,4M) classe 1-3 public 59 SP de la zone de 18 communes rurales et urbaines de Rzeszowski NUTS3 dans le domaine de la programmation de l’enseignement jusqu’au 31.12.2018 grâce à une formation en groupe sur place, des cours pratiques organisés par N pour les étudiants avec le formateur, fournir un soutien N aux formateurs et après l’achèvement des cours. Les activités de N seront complétées par des cours de formation au calcul numérique pour adultes et des activités destinées aux cadres. Pour permettre la réalisation des cours d’azote et de verre, ils seront équipés de matériel pédagogique. Le résultat de P sera d’accroître les compétences en programmation et en enseignement de la programmation au moins 90 % N confirmée par la réception d’un certificat de CVC. Le projet sera mis en œuvre en partenariat: La Fondation VCC (Leader), Université de Rzeszow, Centre Podkarpackie pour la formation des enseignants à Rzeszów et est une réponse aux besoins de N et des écoles résultant du diagnostic préparé au stade d’initiation de P.
