С настоящото проектно предложение "АСМП ИПК д-р Румяна Кожухарова - Троян" ЕООД кандидатства за закупуването на 1 бр. ехограф и 6 бр. холтер - ЕКГ устройство. Инвестицията е продиктувана от една страна въз основа на дългогодишната практика на д-р Румяна Кожухарова, като специалист по специализирана извънболнична помощ по кардиология чрез извършване на диагностика, лечение, рехабилитация и наблюдение на болни, а от друга на страна на нарастналите нужди от страна на населението в град Троян. Инвестицията е на стойност от 108 060 лв. В полза на пациентите и на извършваните дейности новозакупените машини ще дадат възможност за извършване на прецизни и точни прегледи. Ехографът позволява ултразвуково изследване, известно още като ехографско изследване, потребно за медицината и широко използвано от нея, което дава много превантивни възможности на лекарите да откриват и лекуват болести. При този тип дейности е жизненоважно осигуряването на висококвалифицирана диагностика, прогнозиране на хода на болестта и прилагане на качествено специфично терапевтично поведение и лечение при пациентите със сърдечно-съдови заболявания. Чрез възможността, която дава холтер - ЕКГ устройството, за продължително мониториране на елетрическата дейност на сърцето, се анализират нереводните сърдъчни аритмии, които трудно могат да бъдат идентифицирани с изследвания за по-кратки интервали от време. With this project proposal “ASMP IPC Dr. Rumyana Kozhuharova — Troyan” Ltd. applies for the purchase of 1 ultrasound and 6 pcs. Holter — ECG device. The investment was dictated on the one hand on the basis of the long-standing practice of Dr. Rumyana Kozhuharova as a specialist in non-hospital assistance in cardiology by carrying out diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and monitoring of patients, and on the other hand the increased needs of the population in the town of Troyan. The investment is worth BGN 108 060. For the benefit of the patients and the activities carried out, the newly purchased machines will allow for precise and accurate examinations. The ultrasound allows ultrasound examination, also known as an ultrasound study, needed in medicine and widely used by it, which gives doctors many preventive capabilities to detect and treat diseases. In this type of activity, it is vital to provide highly qualified diagnostics, predict the course of the disease and apply qualitative specific therapeutic behaviour and treatment to patients with cardiovascular diseases. Through the ability that gives a cholter — the ECG device, for continuous monitoring of the electric activity of the heart, non-river arduous arrhythmias are analysed, which are difficult to identify with studies for shorter intervals of time. L’investissement vaut 108 060 BGN. Pour le bénéfice des patients et des activités réalisées, les machines nouvellement achetées permettront d’effectuer des examens précis et précis.
