Обектът – рибовъдно стопанство за пъстърва, на кандидатът „Агротексим“ ЕООД, се намира в землището на с. Беден, община Девин и се състой от басейни и люпилня, находящи се в имот № 126016. Пъстървовото стопанство е пълносистемно, проектирано за производство на зарибителен материал и риба за консумация още през седемдесетте години. Ще се изгради надстройка над съществуващата вече люпилня, която ще включва следните помещения : складове, лаборатория, битови помещения за персонала. На покривното пространство ще бъде изградена фотоволтаична инсталация до 30 кВч, която ще бъде използвана изцяло за нуждите на стопанството. Не се предвижда промяна в количеството на произведената риба, т.е. ще се произвеждат до 15т. риба/годишно. Прясно уловената риба ще се транспортира до входа и там ще се прехвърля във вътрешно обработен амбалаж и ще постъпва в работното помещение. Уловената риба няма да се разфасова, преработва или третира по друг начин освен да се измива и пакетира. Обособено е отделно помещение за опаковъчни материали, където същите се съхраняват в транспортни опаковки. С закупуването на предвиденото в проектното предложение оборудване за пакетиране на прясно уловена и непочистена риба ще се добави стойност на продукцията, произвеждана от рибовъдното стопанство. Част от произвежданата риба в стопанството ще се реализира опакована (непочистена) и съответно ще се реализира на по-висока цена. Опакованата риба е удобна за транспортиране, защитена е от външни въздействия и замърсявания, което от своя страна повишава и качеството на продукцията. Предвидено е помещение за съхранение на миещи и дезенфикционни препарати. За работниците са предвидени съблекални с гардеробчета за лично и работно облекло, душове, санитарни възли със стая за почивка и хигиенен шлюз на входа на работното помещение. Съществуващите 5 (пет) работни места ще бъдат запазени и се предвижда увеличение на персонала с откриване на 2 (две) нови работни места. (Bulgarian)

The site — fish farm for trout, of the applicant “Agrotexim” EOOD, is located in the village of Beden, Devin municipality and consists of swimming pools and hatchery located in property No 126016. The trout farm is a complete system designed to produce fish and fish for consumption as early as the 1970s. A superstructure will be built over the existing hatchery, which will include the following premises: warehouses, laboratory, household rooms for staff. A photovoltaic installation of up to 30 kW will be built on the roof space, which will be used entirely for the needs of the farm. No change in the quantity of fish produced is foreseen, i.e. up to 15 t/year will be produced. Freshly caught fish will be transported to the entrance and transferred to internally processed packaging and enter the work room. The fish caught shall not be cut, processed or treated other than washed and packaged. There is a separate room for packaging materials where they are stored in transport packages. The purchase of equipment for packaging freshly caught and uncleaned fish as foreseen in the project proposal will add value to the production produced by the farm. Part of the fish produced on the farm will be packaged (uncleaned) and will be realised at a higher price. Packaged fish is convenient for transportation, protected from external impacts and dirt, which in turn also increases the quality of production. There is a room for storage of detergents and disinfectants. Workers are provided with dressing rooms with personal and work clothes wardrobes, showers, bathrooms with a rest room and a hygienic lock at the entrance of the work room. Le site — pisciculture pour truites, de la demanderesse «Agrotexim» EOOD, est situé dans le village de Beden, municipalité de Devin, et se compose de piscines et d’écloseries situés dans la propriété no 126016. L’élevage de truites est un système complet conçu pour produire du poisson et du poisson destinés à la consommation dès les années 1970. Une superstructure sera construite au-dessus de l’écloserie existante, qui comprendra les locaux suivants: entrepôts, laboratoire, locaux ménagers pour le personnel. Une installation photovoltaïque d’une puissance maximale de 30 kW sera construite sur le toit, qui sera entièrement utilisé pour les besoins de la ferme. Aucune modification de la quantité de poisson produite n’est prévue, c’est-à-dire jusqu’à 15 t/an. Les poissons fraîchement capturés seront transportés à l’entrée, transférés dans des emballages transformés internes et entrer dans la salle de travail. Les poissons capturés ne doivent pas être coupés, transformés ou traités autrement que lavés et emballés. Il y a une salle séparée pour les matériaux d’emballage où ils sont entreposés dans des colis de transport. L’achat d’équipements pour l’emballage des poissons fraîchement capturés et non nettoyés, comme prévu dans la proposition de projet, apportera une valeur ajoutée à la production produite par l’exploitation. Une partie du poisson produit à la ferme sera emballée (non nettoyée) et sera réalisée à un prix plus élevé. Le poisson emballé est pratique pour le transport, protégé des impacts externes et de la saleté, ce qui augmente également la qualité de la production. Il y a une salle pour le stockage des détergents et des désinfectants. Les travailleurs sont équipés de vestiaires avec placards personnels et de travail, douches, salles de bains avec une salle de repos et une serrure hygiénique à l’entrée de la salle de travail. Les 5 (cinq) postes existants seront maintenus et une augmentation de personnel avec 2 (deux) nouveaux postes est prévue. (French)
