The financial instrument under OP 1 “Water” of OPE 2014-2020 is aimed at providing co-financing of eligible actions under PO1 intended to be financed mainly through grants under the programme, however, the beneficiaries are required to provide funding for part of the eligible investment costs as well as ineligible ones. Fi may support final recipients in providing funding for expenditure eligible for support through financial instruments under OPE 2014-2020, through loans or guarantees under the conditions of Article 37. 7-9 of Regulation 1303/2013 and in compliance with the EC Guidelines on combining support as well as in accordance with State aid rules.In addition, the Investment Strategy for financial instruments under PO1 “Water” lists indicative measures that can be financed through FIs as a project/part of a project aimed at achieving full compliance with the requirements of European and national legislation in the field of drinking and waste water. Финансовият инструмент по ПО 1 „Води“ на ОПОС 2014-2020 е насочен за осигуряване на съ-финансиране на допустими за финансиране дейности по ПО1, предвидени да бъдат финансирани основно посредством безвъзмездна финансова помощ по програмата, като обаче се изисква бенефициентите да осигурят финансиране за част от допустимите инвестиционни разходи, както и за недопустимите такива. ФИ може да подпомага крайните получатели при осигуряването на финансиране за разходи, допустими за подкрепа чрез финансови инструменти по ОПОС 2014-2020 г., чрез заеми или гаранции при условията на чл. 37, пар. 7-9 от Регламент 1303/2013 г. и при спазване на Насоките на ЕК относно комбиниране на подкрепа , както и в съответствие с правилата за държавни помощи.В допълнение, в Инвестиционната стратегия за финансови инструменти по ПО1 „Води“ са посочени примерни мерки, които могат да бъдат финансирани чрез ФИ, като проект/част от проект, насочен към постигане на пълно съответствие с изискванията на европейското и национално законодателство в областта на питейните и отпадъчните води.
