The main need of POTES AND MOSTODS Ltd. is related to improving energy efficiency for achieving sustainable growth and competitiveness. Meeting this need is the main objective of the project, which will be implemented through the following activities: 1. Acquisition of new production equipment2. Supply of waste heat/air drainage system 3. Implementation of an automated system for monitoring and control of energy consumption4. Consulting services for implementation and certification of an energy management system according to standard BDS EN ISO 50001 Through the implementation of the above activities, including energy efficiency measures included in the report of an energy efficiency audit, the following main results will be achieved:1. delivered, installed and commissioned production equipment — Mobile intersection and crushing installation-1pcs, four-axle truck dumper-4pcs., front loader-3pcs, Excavator Type 1 with hydraulic hammer-1pcs, Excavator Type 2 with hydraulic hammer-1pcs, Excavator Type 2 with elongated arrow, hydraulic hammer and destructive pinch-1pcs.2. delivered and installed Waste Heat/Air Discharge System 3. implemented Automated System for monitoring and control of energy consumption4. certificate obtained according to standard BDS EN ISO 500015. implemented activities for environmental protection6. annual energy savings: (English) | |||||||||||||||

Основнaта потребност на ПЪТИЩА И МОСТОВЕ ЕООД е свързана с подобряване на енергийната ефективност за постигане на устойчив растеж и конкурентоспособност. Удовлетворяването на тази потребност е основната цел на проекта, която ще бъде изпълнена чрез следните дейности: 1. Придобиване на ново производствено оборудване2. Доставка на Система за отвеждане на отпадна топлина /въздухоотвод 3. Внедряване на Автоматизирана система за мониторинг и контрол на енергопотреблението4. Консултантски услуги за въвеждане и сертифициране на система за енергиен мениджмънт съгласно стандарт БДС EN ISO 50001 Чрез реализирането на гореописаните дейности, включващи мерки за енергийна ефективност, включени в доклада от обследване за енергийна ефективност, ще бъдат постигнати следните основни резултати:1. доставено, монтирано и въведено в експлоатация производствено оборудване - Мобилна пресевно-трошачна инсталация-1бр., Четириосен камионен самосвал-4бр., Челен товарач-3бр., Верижен багер Тип 1 с хидравличен чук-1бр., Верижен багер Тип 2 с хидравличен чук-1бр., Верижен багер Тип 2 с удължена стрела, хидравличен чук и разрушителна щипка-1бр.2. доставена и монтирана Система за отвеждане на отпадна топлина/въздухоотвод 3. внедрена Автоматизирана система за мониторинг и контрол на енергопотреблението4. получен сертификат съгласно стандарт БДС EN ISO 500015. изпълнени дейности за опазване на околната среда6. годишни спестявания на енергия: (Bulgarian)
