The project proposal provides for the construction of a “Transitional residence for children aged 15-18” with a total capacity of 8 persons (places), located in a residential neighborhood in the town of Strajitsa and the renovation of the Day Care Centre for Children and Youth with Disabilities in the village of Gorski Senovets. The transitional residence will be for children aged 15-18 years, with a long institutional stay and with the inability to live in their biological family, adolescents who have dropped out of the education system but are motivated to complete education and start work. With the provision of the social service “Transitional Housing” the following activities will be realised: creating conditions for assistance, mutual assistance, effective protection and social integration of consumers; carrying out activities to achieve social inclusion; providing a complete and independent lifestyle in a suitable transitional environment, with the possibility of support and expression. The building will correspond to the urban architecture and harmonise the environment in the area where it will be built will not stand out and look out as special, i.e. it will correspond to the general architectural stylistics or modern construction in the area where it is built. The organisation of the space of the Transitional dwelling includes the following premises: bedrooms; sanitary facilities; living room, kitchen, dining room; office and sanitary room for staff; laundry and warehouse The renovation of DCDMAU in Gorski Senovets aims to increase the quality of the services offered and to upgrade them with the inclusion of new services, such as individual pedagogical support and psychological assistance and increasing the capacity from 20 to 30 persons. Equipment and furnishing, meeting the regulatory requirements and suitable for the provision of social services of resident type “Transitional housing for children aged 15-18 years” and the Day Care Centre for Children and Youth with Disabilities. Проектното предложение предвижда изграждане на "Преходно жилище за деца на възраст от 15-18 г." с общ капацитет 8 лица (места), разположено в жилищен квартал в гр.Стражица и ремонт на Дневен център за деца и младежи с увреждания с.Горски Сеновец.Преходното жилище ще е за деца на възраст от 15 – 18 години, с дълъг институционален престой и с невъзможност да живеят в биологичното си семейство, подрастващи, които са отпаднали от образователната система, но са мотивирани да завършат образование и да започнат работа. С предоставяне на социалната услуга "Преходно жилище" ще се реализират следните дейности: създаване на условия за подпомагане, взаимопомощ, ефективна защита и социална интеграция на потребителите; осъществяване на дейности за постигане на социално включване; осигуряване на пълноценен и самостоятелен начин на живот в подходяща преходна среда, с възможност за подкрепа и изява.Сградата ще съответства на градската архитектурата и ще хармонизира на околната среда в района, където ще се изгради няма да се откроява и набива на очи като специална, т. е. ще отговаря на общата архитектурна стилистика или на съвременното строителство в района, в който се изгражда.Организацията на пространството на Преходното жилище включва следните помещения: спални помещения; санитарни помещения; дневна, кухня, трапезария; офис и санитарно помещение за персонала; перално и складС ремонта на ДЦДМУ с.Горски Сеновец се цели повишаване качеството на предлаганите услуги и надграждането им с включване на нови услуги, като индивидуална педагогическа подкрепа и психологическа помощ и увеличаване на капацитета от 20 на 30 лица.Предвидено е оборудване и обзавеждане, отговарящо на нормативните изисквания и подходящо за предоставянето на социалните услуги от резидентен тип "Преходно жилище за деца на възраст от 15-18 години" и Дневен център за деца и младежи с увреждания.
