The project is also aimed at supporting easy access to employment and social — economic integration of vulnerable groups, people with low competitiveness in the labour market, people with low levels of education, representatives of marginalised communities, etc., providing them with jobs, income, sustainable employment, improving access to social and health services, improving health culture, etc. The main objective of the project proposal is the socio-economic development of the territory of Ugarchin Municipality, providing new jobs, poverty reduction and social inclusion, in particular increasing the number of people from vulnerable ethnic communities involved in employment, education, training, social and health services with an exclusive focus on the Roma community. The planned activities in the project proposal are in the context of the planned objectives and priorities of OP HRD and CSLLD of LAG Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugarchin 2014-2020. Main activities included in the project initiative are:-Improving access to employment;-Improving access to social and health services;- Information and communication;-Organisation and project management. The activities are aimed at reaching different groups at risk on the labour market, with a focus on Roma and providing equal opportunities for counselling and support for dropping out of the group of economically inactive people on the labour market, providing employment, training and support to increase their health culture and raising awareness of their social and health rights. Проектът е насочен и в подкрепа за лесен достъп до заетост и социално - икономическо интегриране на уязвимите групи, лица с ниска конкурентоспособност на пазара на труда, лица с ниска степен на образование, представители на маргинализираните общности и др. социално изключени лица, осигурявайки им работни места, доходи, устойчива заетост, подобряване достъпа до социални и здравни услуги, повишаване на здравната култура и др. Основна цел на проектното предложение е социално-икономическото развитие на територията на община Угърчин, осигуряващо нови работни места, намаляване на бедността и социално включване, в частност увеличаване броя на лицата от уязвими етнически общности, включени в заетост, образование, обучение, социални и здравни услуги с изключителен фокус върху ромската общност. Планираните дейности в проектното предложение са в контекста на разписаните цели и приоритети на ОП РЧР и СВОМР на МИГ - Троян, Априлци, Угърчин 2014-2020 г. Основни дейности, включени в проектната инициатива са:-Подобряване достъпа до заетост;-Подобряване достъпа до социални и здравни услуги;-Информация и комуникация;-Организация и управление на проекта. Дейностите са насочени към достигане до различни рискови групи на пазара на труда, с фокус върху ромите и предоставяне на равни възможности за консултиране и подпомагане за отпадането им от групата на икономически неактивните лица на пазара на труда, предоставяне на заетост, обучения и подкрепа за повишаване на здравната им култура и повишаване информираността относно социалните и здравните им права.
