Mezdra Municipality has been experienced in providing the service Public Dining Room for five years. With the implementation of operation type 3 “Providing a warm lunch”, under the direct grant procedure BG05FMOP001-03.02 “Providing a warm lunch — 2016”, we will be able to build on the activities of the dining room and to operate it in the remaining period of the year, for which no national funding from the state budget is provided through the Social Protection Fund. So far, the Municipality of Mezdra has provided and wishes to provide a warm lunch to 90 users. The definition and purchase of food products will be in line with the requirements of national legislation and in compliance with the principles of publicity and transparency. The implementation of the public dining room will ensure the provision of a varied weekly menu to ensure a balanced diet for consumers, respecting food safety requirements and national food standards and standards. The public dining room will contribute to reducing the number of people living in poverty, addressing a fundamental material deprivation. In the framework of the implementation of the operation in the Municipality of Mezdra, accompanying measures will also be implemented. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Община Мездра от пет години има опит в предоставянето на услугата Обществена трапезария. С реализирането на операция тип 3 "Осигуряване на топъл обяд", по процедура за директно предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ BG05FMOP001-03.02 "Осигуряване на топъл обяд - 2016", ще имаме възможност да надградим дейността на трапезарията и тя да функционира в останалия период от годината, за които не е осигурено национално финансиране със средства от държавния бюджет, чрез фонд "Социална закрила". До настоящия момент Община Мездра е предоставяла и желае да предоставя топъл обяд на 90 потребители. Определянето на вида и закупуването на хранителни продукти, ще бъде в съответствие с изискванията на националното законодателство и при спазване на принципите за публичност и прозрачност. С реализирането на обществената трапезария ще се гарантира предоставянето на разнообразно седмично меню, с което да ще бъде осигурено балансирано хранене на потребителите, при спазване на изискванията за безопасност на храните и националните стандарти и норми за хранане. Обществената трапезария ще допринесе за намаляване броя на лицата живеещи в бедност, за преодоляване на основно материално лишение. В рамките на изпълнението на операцията в Община Мездра, ще се прилагат и съпътстващи мерки. (Bulgarian)
