As a comprehensive policy conducted by the local government is the renovation and construction of new underground water supply/and above ground/roads and pavements/infrastructure in the villages of Lucky municipality, and the creation of livelihoods of the population through the development of tourism in settlements with renovated infrastructure. For this reason, and in order to attract and return the young generation to the village, the project envisages reconstruction and rehabilitation of sidewalks on street from 6th to 80th Street of the village of Belitsa, according to an approved technical design. The choice to renovate the sidewalks on this street is not random because:- in 2019 in implementation of the investment program of plumbing — Plovdiv, a major renovation and replacement of the plumbing installation was made;- this street is densely populated;- the sidewalks are in very poor condition and in places are missing;- from this street the tourists create their first impression of the village because it “welcomes” and “send” the tourists and the local population. With the realisation of the project will change the appearance of Belitsa village and it will become a preferred place for recreation, business and living. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Като цялостна политика, провеждана от местната власт е обновяване и изграждане на нова подземна /ВиК/ и надземна /пътища и тротоари/ инфраструктура в селата от община Лъки, и създаване на поминък на населението, чрез развитието на туризма в населени места с обновена инфрасруктура. Поради тази причина, а и с цел привличане и завръщане на младото поколение в селото, по проект се предвижда реконструкция и рехабилитация на тротоари на улица от о.т. 6 до о.т. 80 по ПУП на с. Белица, по одобрен технически проект. Изборът да бъдат ремонтирани тротоарите на тази улица не е случаен тъй като:- през 2019 година в изпълнение на инвестиционната програма на ВиК - Пловдив се направи основен ремонт и подмяна на ВиК инсталацията;- тази улица е гъсто населена;- тротоарите са в много лошо състояние и на места липсват;- от тази улица туристите създават първото си впечатление за селото, защото "посреща" и "изпраща" туристите и местното население.С реализацията на проекта ще се промени обликът на с. Белица и то ще се превърне в предпочитано място за отдих, бизнес и живеене. (Bulgarian)
