The project proposal is aimed at increasing the opportunities for social and professional integration of representatives of vulnerable groups in the social economy sector and their sustainable realisation in the labour market, contributing to the achievement of the strategic objectives of OP HRD in the implementation of the Europe 2020 strategy in the field of employment, combating poverty and social exclusion by creating a new social enterprise on the territory of Devnya Municipality. The social enterprise will operate in a municipal building and will be a children’s centre with areas for activities, games and confectionery. It will employ persons corresponding to the target group of the programme. Its creation will provide employment for 16 targeted persons from the city of Devnya. At the same time, in the town of Devnya there is no separate such center and there is great public interest where crafts in modern and folk dances, wrestling, fighting arts, theatre arts, painting, etc. can be carried out. It will enjoy both free and paid services and through them the center will be self-financed. The project provides for activities that will contribute to the development of social entrepreneurship and sustainable realisation of the target group:- Providing psychological support to persons from vulnerable groups;- Equipment and adaptation of newly created jobs;- Establishment of a new social enterprise with a decision of the municipal council in accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of the ZOS;- Ensure employment of 16 persons in the target group for a period of 12 months;- The employment of a minimum of 8 persons for a period of 6 months after the completion of the project activities. The activities set out in the project proposal are aimed entirely at persons in disadvantaged situations on the labour market and unemployed. After psychological assistance, the target group will be provided employment in the new social enterprise of the Municipality of Devnya for a period of 12 months within the project. Проектното предложение е насочено към повишаване възможностите за социална и професионална интеграция на представители на уязвимите групи в сектора на социалната икономика и трайната им реализация на пазара на труда, допринaсяйки за постигането на стратегическите цели на ОП РЧР при изпълнение на стратегията Европа 2020 в областта на трудовата заетост, борбата с бедността и социалното изключване чрез създаване на ново социално предприятие на територията на община Девня. Социалното предприятие ще функционира в общинска сграда и ще представлява детски център със зони за занимания,игри и сладкарница. В него ще бъдат наети по трудово правоотношение лица, отговарящи на целевата група на програмата. С неговото създаване ще се осигури заетост на 16 лица от целевата група от град Девня. Същевременно в град Девня няма обособен подобен център и има голям обществен интерес, където да могат да се провеждат занаятия по модерни и народни танци, борба,бойни изкуства,театрално майсторство, рисуване и др. В него ще се ползват както безплатни, така и платени услуги и чрез тях центъра ще се самофинансира. В проектa са предвидени дейности, които ще способстват за развитие на социалното предприемачество и устойчива реализация на лицата от целевата група:- Осигуряване на психологическо подпомагане на лица от уязвимите групи;- Оборудване и адаптиране на новосъздадените работни места;- Създаване на ново социално предприятие с решение на общинския съвет по реда на чл. 52 и 53 от ЗОС;- Осигуряване на заетостна на 16 лица от целевата група за период от 12 месеца;- Заетостта на минимум 8 лица за период от 6 месеца след приключване на проектните дейности.Дейностите, заложени в проектното предложение, са насочени изцяло към лица в неравностойно положение на пазара на труда и безработни. След психологическо подпомагане, на лицата от целевата група ще бъде осигурена заетост в новото социално предприятие към Община Девня за срок от 12 месеца в рамките на проекта. (Bulgarian)
