In recent years, tourism has been the most dynamically developing sector in the municipality of Devin. With its unique cultural, historical and natural heritage, Devin Municipality has a resource and potential for development of various forms of contemporary tourism. At the same time, the poor state of infrastructure, the lack of sufficient parks and gardens and recreation areas in the area are hampering the development of the industry. The present PP is of great social importance for improving the quality of life of the residents and guests of the town of Devin. Its reconstruction and refurbishment, while enriching its content, will help to strengthen the tourist attractiveness of the city and the municipality as a whole and improve the leisure conditions for citizens. The property was partially renovated many years ago — there are walking lanes and grassing, in bad condition, fountain, supplied with mineral water — one of the symbols of the city, insufficient rest areas, children’s playground, in which the facilities and floorings are dangerous and do not meet the requirements laid down in the current regulations. The main activities of this project are the following: • Partial repair of compromised areas of the fountain, supplied with mineral water, advertising and validating the town of Devin and the municipality as a resort and spa center; •The designed playground, in accordance with the regulatory requirements for such sites, provides a place for recreation and entertainment for children — to replace existing facilities for mixed use, so as to serve only for group 0-3 years, and for this purpose the shock-resistant rubber flooring is replaced; •Providing a site in the western part of the property for age group 3-12 g; •new construction of the wooden pergolas around the fountain of the previous project; •Replacement of the pavement; •Replacement of existing benches within the property, as well as restoration of the flooring below the floors.     През последните години най - динамично развиващия се отрасъл на територията на община Девин е туризма. Със своето уникално културно- историческо и природно наследство община Девин има ресурс и потенциал за развитие на различни форми на съвременен туризъм. Едновременно с това, лошото състояние на инфраструктурата, липсата на достатъчно паркове и градини и места за отдих в района спъват развитието на отрасъла. Настоящото ПП е с голяма социална значимост за подобряване качеството на живот на жителите и гостите на гр. Девин. Неговата реконструкция и обновяване, и едновременно с това обогатяването на съдържанието му, ще спомогне за утвърждаване на туристическата привлекателност на града и общината като цяло и ще подобри на условията за отдих на гражданите. Имота е частично е благоустрояван преди много години – има налични пешеходни алеи и затревяване, в недобро състояние, чешма, захранена с минерална вода – един от символите на града, недостатъчно места за почивка, детска площадка, в която съоръженията и настилките са опасни и не отговарят на изискванията заложени в действащите нормативни актове. Основните дейности по натоящия проект са следните:•Частичен ремонт на компрометирани участъци на чешмата, захранена с минерална вода, рекламираща и утвърждаваща гр. Девин и общината като курортен и спа център; •Проектираната детска площадка, съобразена с нормативните изисквания за такъв род обекти, осигурява място за отдих и забавления на децата – да се подменят съществуващите съоръжения за смесено ползване, така че да служат само за група 0-3г., като за целта се подмени и удароустойчивата каучукова настила;•Осигуряване на площадка в западната част на имота за възрастова група 3-12г;•Новоизграждане на дървените перголи около чешмата от предходния проект;•Подмяна на тротоарната настилка;•Подмяна на съществуващите пейки в рамките на имота, както и възстановяване на настилката под тези от тях.
