The project proposal aims at improving energy efficiency in two buildings in the residential sector. The following buildings are included in the project proposal as a subject of intervention:- The multi-family residential building “Kolyo Ficheto No 1”, with address: Devin, 4 Rodopi Str.- The multifamily residential building “Kolyo Ficheto No2”, with address 2 Devin, Rodopi Str.. The implementation of the envisaged energy efficiency measures will provide better living conditions for residents in multi-apartment buildings, thermal comfort and higher quality of living environment. Once the activities have been carried out, an improvement in energy and efficiency to class “C” is expected, which in turn will contribute to reducing final energy consumption and consequently prolonging the service life of buildings. Проектното предложение е насочено към повишаване на енергийната ефективност в две сгради в жилищния сектор. В проектното предложение са включени като обект на интервенция следните сгради:- Многофамилната жилищна сграда "Кольо Фичето №1", с адрес гр.Девин, ул.„Родопи“ №4.- Многофамилната жилищна сграда "Кольо Фичето №2" , с адрес гр.Девин, ул.„Родопи“ №2. С изпълнение на предвидените мерки за енергийна ефективност ще се осигурят по-добри условия на живот за жителите в многофамилните жилищни сгради, топлинен комфорт и по-високо качество на жизнената среда. След извършване на дейностите се очаква подобряване на енергийната и ефективност до клас "С", което от своя страна ще допринесе за намаляване на крайното потребление на енергия и съответно удължаване на експлоатационния живот на сградите.
