The project proposal for receiving a grant under procedure BG16M1OP002-2.002 “Combined procedure for the design and construction of composting installations and installations for pre-treatment of municipal waste” under Priority Axis 2 of Operational Programme “Environment 2014-2020” is aimed at taking measures to improve the management of municipal waste in accordance with the national waste management plan. Sustainable management of municipal waste will be achieved through investments in the design and construction of: composting plant for separately collected green waste together with the provision of the necessary equipment, facilities and equipment for separate collection of green waste; installation for pre-treatment of mixed collected municipal waste, as well as the accompanying infrastructure to them. Composing installation for separately collected green waste will have a capacity of 2 200 t/y. The necessary equipment, facilities and equipment for separate collection of green waste (110 containers, 2 specialised vehicles for collection of green waste, mobile shredder with telescopic loader and mobile sieve) will be provided. An installation for pre-treatment of mixed collected household waste with a capacity of 6 300 t/y will be built and the necessary accompanying infrastructure at the site (street with width of 10 m, length of about 100 m); sewerage U 300 with a length of about 300 m.; plumbing f 110 with a length of about 4 m). Проектното предложение за получаване на безвъзмездна финансова помощ по процедура BG16M1OР002-2.002 "Комбинирана процедура за проектиране и изграждане на компостиращи инсталации и на инсталации за предварително третиране на битови отпадъци" по приоритетна ос 2 на Оперативна програма "Околна среда 2014-2020 г." е насочено към предприемане на мерки за подобряване управлението на битовите отпадъци в съответствие с националния план за управление на отпадъците.Устойчивото управление на битовите отпадъци ще бъде постигнато чрез инвестиции в проектиране и изграждане на: компостираща инсталация за разделно събрани зелени отпадъци заедно с осигуряване на необходимото оборудване, съоръжения и техника за разделно събиране на зелените отпадъци; инсталация за предварително третиране на смесено събрани битови отпадъци, както и на съпътстващата инфраструктура към тях.Компостираща инсталация за разделно събрани зелени отпадъци ще бъде с капацитет 2200 т/г. Ще бъде осигурено необходимото оборудване, съоръжения и техника за разделно събиране на зелените отпадъци (110 броя контейнери, 2 броя специализирани автомобили за събиране на зелени отпадъци, мобилен шредер с телескопичен товарач и мобилно сито).Ще бъде изградена инсталация за предварително третиране на смесено събрани битови отпадъци с капацитет 6300 т/г. Ще бъде изградена и необходимата съпътстващата инфраструктура към площадката (улица с ширина 10 м., дължина около 100 м; канализация ф 300 с дължина около 300 м.; водопровод ф 110 с дължина около 4 м).
