The project proposal aims at increasing the energy efficiency and achieving the energy consumption class “B” in two buildings with administrative use of “Fire and Emergency Safety” Burgas. The planned activities include the introduction of energy-saving measures on building elements and systems, improving the performance of the building and providing an accessible environment for disadvantaged people. The project proposal addresses three main aspects of final energy reduction needs in two administrative buildings; ensuring better working conditions for employees; ensuring equal access for people with disabilities.The project groups are 143 employees and more than 8 000 citizens/year, visitors and users of administrative services provided by the institution. The implementation of energy-saving measures on building elements, systems for maintaining the microclimate in buildings and measures to improve access for persons with disabilities to building 1 where administrative services are provided. The expected results of the implementation of the energy efficiency measures are:ņ The energy consumption class of the two buildings will increase from “E” (for building 1) and “F” (building 2) to “B”;ņ Saving a total of 566 071 kWh/y primary energy, which represents 63.42 % saved energy (building 1) and 69.50 % saved energy for building 2.ű Eco-equivalent from the integrated deployment of all energy-saving measures 121.34 t/y. saved CO2 emissions;ņ Improving the comfort of employees and visitors to the administrative buildings and achieving the statutory parameters of the environment.ű Optimisation of budgetary costs as a result of the achieved energy savings from the implemented energy-efficient measures.ű Reducing the carbon emissions of public infrastructure.ű Improving the performance for extending the life cycle of a building. Проектното предложение е насочено към повишаване на енергийната ефективност и постигане на клас на енергопотребление „В“ в две сгради с административно предназначение нa "Пожарна и аварийна безопасност" гр. Бургас.Планираните дейности включват въвеждане на енергоспестяващи мерки по сградни ограждащи елементи и инсталации, подобряване на експлоатационните характеристики на сградата и осигуряване на достъпна среда за хора в неравностойно положение. Проектното предложение адресира три основни аспекта на потребности свързани с намаляване на крайнотоенергопотребление в две административни сгради; осигуряване на по-добри условия за работа на служителите; осигуряване на равен достъп на хора с увреждания.Целевите групи по проекта са 143 служители и над 8 000 граждани/годишно, посетители и ползватели на административни услуги, предоставяни от институцията. Предвижда се изпълнение на енергоспестяващи мерки по сградни ограждащи елементи, по системите за поддържане на микроклимата в сградите и мерки за подобряване на достъпа за лица с увреждания до сграда 1, в която се извършват административни услуги. Очакваните резултати от въвеждането на мерките за енергийна ефективност са:√ Класът на енергопотребление на двете сгради ще се повиши от"E" (за сграда 1) и "F" (сграда 2) на "B";√ Спестяване на общо 566071 kWh/y първична енергия,, което представлява 63,42 % спестена енергия (сграда 1) и 69,50 % спестена енергия за сграда 2.√ Екологичен еквивалент от комплексното внедряване на всички енергоспестяващи мерки е 121,34 t/y. спестени емисии на CO2;√ Подобряване комфорта на работещите и посещаващите административните сгради и постигане на нормативно определенитепараметри на средата.√ Оптимизиране на бюджетните разходи, в резултат на постигнатите икономии на енергия от изпълнените енергоефективни мерки.√ Намаляване на въглеродните емисии от публичната инфраструктура.√ Подобряване на експлоатационните характеристики за удължаване на жизнения цикъл на сграда.
