They will be divided into two groups of 5 persons to be provided with vocational training for the professions of Health Assistant and Social Collaborator. They will also receive training on QC4 — Digital Competence. After the successful completion of the training sessions, the 10 persons in the marginalised groups will be given employment in the acquired professions for a period of 12 months. The project will also appoint an expert — “Psychologist”, who will advise people from marginalised groups, the selection of the learners and the process of providing social services and care. The offices of four teams will be renovated and equipped. The work of employees will consist of direct, individual and group work in the community with the aim of increasing awareness of training and employment opportunities, increasing health knowledge and ensuring access to health information and broadening the coverage of disadvantaged health insured persons, working habits and health culture and supporting disadvantaged families. In order to promote the cultural identity of Roma ethnicity, including in the field of traditional activities and talents (crafts and arts) and overcoming negative stereotypes towards Roma, the participation of people of the Roma ethnicity will be prepared for the annual “Festival of ethnicities, dyes and cultural heritage” in Kotel. (Bulgarian)
