The aim of the project proposal is to create a special social enterprise “Landscaping and development” in Kotel Municipality. This will facilitate access to employment and support the social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating the right conditions for their professional integration into the social economy. The specific objectives of the project are: To set up a social enterprise “Landscaping and development” in Kotel Municipality; to facilitate access to employment of vulnerable groups; to create suitable opportunities for realisation of vulnerable groups included in employment; To promote social enterprises.Social enterprise “Landscaping and development” in Kotel municipality will achieve its goals, building on its rich experience for work on various projects in the municipality, related to the provision of social services and seeking the opportunity to support vulnerable groups in the municipality. Similar projects have been implemented on the territory of Kotel Municipality, but through this project will expand the opportunities for improving the quality of life of people from vulnerable groups and their families, promoting equal opportunities of vulnerable groups and expanding the volume, diversity and targeting of social services provided in the community. With the creation of the social enterprise, the municipality will offer the opportunity for realisation of representatives of the target group, priority being those living in the villages of the municipality, social and psychological support and will make the employment of representatives of vulnerable groups in activity for which they have the necessary qualities and abilities to the maximum extent possible. Целта на проектното предложение е да бъде създадено специално социално предприятие "Озеленяване и благоустрояване" в община Котел. По този начин ще се улесни достъпа до заетост и ще се осигури подкрепа за социалното включване на уязвими групи чрез създаване на подходящи условия за тяхната професионална интеграция в сферата на социалната икономика. Специфичните цели на проекта са:Да бъде създадено социално предприятие "Озеленяване и благоустрояване" в община Котел;Да се улесни достъпът до заетост на уязвими групи;Да се създадат подходящи възможности за реализация на уязвимите групи, включени в заетост;Да се популяризират социалните предприятия.Социално предприятие "Озеленяване и благоустрояване" в община Котел ще постигне целите си, като изхожда от богатия си опит за работа по различни проекти в общината, свързани с предоставяне на социални услуги и търсене на възможност за подкрепа на уязвимите групи в общината. На територията на Община Котел са реализирани сходни проекти, но чрез този проект ще се разширят възможностите за подобряване качеството на живот на хората от уязвимите групи и техните семейства, като се насърчат равните възможности на уязвимите групи и се разшири обемът, многообразието и целенасочеността на социалните услуги, предоставяни в общността.Със създаването на социалното предприятие общината ще предложи възможност за реализация на представители на целевата група, като с приоритет са тези, живеещи в селата на общината, социална и психологическа подкрепа и ще направи в максимална степен възможна трудовата реализация на представители на уязвимите групи в дейност, за която те имат нужните качества и способности.
