The project envisages the construction of small-scale tourist infrastructure — gazebos, picnic areas and car parks, campers and tourist caravans near the Dospat dam. The project provides for the construction of:- octagonal gazebo for recreation;- double covered bench with a recreation table;- waste bin;- free standing barbecue fireplace in the open;- parking for visitors for 4 pcs. cars, which serves a separate place for a picnic; — an alley with a width of 1.2 m, connecting the visitors’ parking lot with the set objects. The project aims to increase the attractiveness of the environment related to the provision of tourism services and those for the benefit of fishing communities in the MA. The implementation of the construction works is included, as well as author’s and construction supervision of the project. Compulsory publicity and visualisation costs are also planned, as well as the pre-financing costs incurred for the preparation of a technical project and the preparation of a project. Проектът предвижда изграждане на дребнoмащабна туристическа инфраструктура - беседки, места за пикник и паркинг за автомобили, кемпери и туристически каравани край язовир Доспат. Проектът предвижда изграждане на:- осмоъгълна беседка за отдих;- двойна покрита пейка с маса за отдих;- кошче за отпадъци;- свободно стояща камина за барбекю на открито;- паркинг за посетители за 4бр. автомобили, който обслужва обособено място за пикник; - алея с ширина 1,2м, свързваща паркинга за посетители с поставените обекти. Проектът цели повишаване атрактивността на средата, свързана с предоставяне на туристически услуги и такива, в полза на рибарските общности в РТ. Включено е изпълнението на СМР, както и авторски и строителен надзор по проекта. Планирани са и задължителни разходи за публичност и визуализация, както и изпълнените предварителни разходи за изготвянето на технически проект и за подготовка на проект. Проектът цели повишаване атрактивността на средата, свързана с предоставяне на туристически услуги и такива, в полза на рибарските общности в РТ. (Bulgarian)
