In the past programming period 2007-2013 Municipality — Pernik implemented the project "Building and functioning of RIC — Pernik. As a result of the Centre’s work, the interest and commitment of potential beneficiaries to the opportunities offered by the JCF was increased. The number of successfully implemented projects and funds implemented under OP in Pernik Region was also increased. In the period 2007-2013, RIC-Pernik, as part of the network, provided information on funding opportunities under the programmes co-financed by the EU JCF. In the period 2015-2023, the network will provide information and promote ESIF. In the past programming period, the need of potential beneficiaries and citizens in the area for timely reliable and correct information on ESIF funding, how and how these funds are allocated, used and spent has also been identified. With this project proposal, Municipality of Pernik would like to build on the project “Building and functioning of RIC — Pernik”. The project is intended to implement the following activities: 1. Ensuring the functioning of the PIC — Pernik; 2. Carrying out ongoing repairs of the MIC; 3. Provision of furniture and/or equipment for the needs of the MIC; 4. Development and/or dissemination of information material (print, audio-visual and electronic); 5. Organising, conducting and participating in public information events (information events, seminars, trainings, conferences, exhibitions, meetings, etc.) and working with media; 6. Activities to ensure publicity and visualisation of the project; 7. Activities related to the organisation and management of the project, the implementation of which will also achieve the main objective of the procedure, the NRV, and the JU — to build on the knowledge and awareness of European funds and programmes and to increase transparency in the implementation and management of ESIF-funded programmes. През изминалия програмен период 2007 - 2013 Община - Перник, реализира проект „Изграждане и функциониране на ОИЦ – Перник. В резултат на работата на центъра бяха увеличени интереса и ангажираността на потенциалните бенефициенти към възможностите, които СКФ предоставяха. Бе повишен и броя на успешно реализирани проекти и усвоени средства по ОП в Област Перник. В периода 2007 - 2013 г. ОИЦ-Перник като част от мрежата 28-те информационни центрове предоставяше информация за възможностите за финансиране по програмите, съфинансирани от СКФ на ЕС. В периода 2015 - 2023 г. мрежата ще предоставя информация и ще популяризира ЕСИФ. През изминалия програмен период беше идентифицирана и нуждата на потенциалните бенефициенти и граждани от областта от своевременна надеждна и коректна информация относно средствата, отпускани от ЕСИФ, за начина и контрола, по който тези средства се отпускат, използват и изразходват. С настоящето проектно предложение Община Перник, би искала да надгради постигнатото по Проект „Изграждане и функциониране на ОИЦ – Перник”. По проекта се предвижда да бъдат изпълнени следните дейности: 1. Обезпечаване функционирането на ОИЦ - Перник; 2. Извършване на текущ ремонт на ОИЦ; 3. Осигуряване на обзавеждане и/или оборудване за нуждите на ОИЦ; 4. Разработване и/или разпространение на информационни материали (печатни, аудио-визуални и електронни); 5. Организиране, провеждане и участие в публични информационни събития (информационни събития, семинари, обучения, конференции, изложения, срещи и др.) и работа с медии; 6. Дейности по осигуряване на публичност и визуализация по проекта; 7. Дейности, свързани с организация и управление на проекта, с изпълнението на които ще бъде постигнато и изпълнението на главната цел на процедурата, НКС, и на СП - да бъде надградена и познаваемостта и информираността за европейските фондове и програми и да бъде повишена прозрачността при изпълнение и управление на програмите финансирани от ЕСИФ.
