The general objective of the project is to provide support to municipal social enterprise “Landscaping and maintenance of areas for public use” in Gotse Delchev Municipality, through the provision of access to business services for enterprise development. The specific objective of the project is to provide access to management business services and promote the use of various sources of information to create a more favourable environment for successful development of the social enterprise. The project created under the “Development of Social Entrepreneurship” OP HRD 2014-2020 social enterprise is in a highly vulnerable situation in the economic market and is still weak competitive. Providing access to a variety of management and organisational business services and promoting the use of different sources of information and contacts will ensure the initial strengthening of its activities, better management and creation of prerequisites for successful and sustainable business development. The project therefore envisages the implementation of two main activities:1. Development of a strategy for sustainable development of municipal social enterprise “Landscaping and maintenance of areas for public use”. 2.Marketing for the developed new services of the social enterprise for citizens and businesses. The provision of business services to the social enterprise “Landscaping and maintaining territories for public use”, which operates with social impact in the municipality of Gotse Delchev, will ensure that its chances for successful business development and competitive survival on the market increase its chances and hence provide longer-term employment for people from vulnerable groups. Общата цел на проекта е предоставяне на подкрепа на общинско социално предприятие "Озеленяване и поддържане на територии за обществено ползване" в община Гоце Делчев, чрез осигурен достъп до бизнес услуги за развитие на предприятието.Специфичната цел на проекта е осигуряване на достъп до управленски бизнес услуги и насърчаване използването на различни източници на информация за създаване на по-благоприятна среда за успешно развитие на социалното предприятие.Създаденото по операция "Развитие на социалното предприемачество " на ОП РЧР 2014-2020 социално предприятие е в силно уязвима ситуация на икономическия пазар и все още е слабо конкурентно. Чрез предоставянето на достъп до разнообразие от управленски и организационни бизнес услуги и насърчаване използването на различни източници на информация и контакти ще се гарантира първоначално укрепване на дейността му, по-добро управление и създаване на предпоставки за успешно и устойчиво бизнес развитие. Ето защо проектът предвижда изпълнението на две основни дейности:1. Разработване на стратегия за устойчиво развитие на общинско социално предприятие "Озеленяване и поддържане на територии за обществено ползване". 2.Маркетинг за разработените нови услуги на социалното предприятието за гражданите и бизнеса. Предоставянето на бизнес услуги на социалното предприятие "Озеленяване и поддържане на територии за обществено ползване", което осъществява дейност със социално въздействие в община Гоце Делчев, ще гарантира повишаване на шансовете му за успешно бизнес развитие и конкурентно оцеляване на пазара, а от там и осигуряване на по-дълготрайна заетост на лица от уязвими групи.
