The project “Providing a warm lunch in Krumovgrad Municipality” aims to reduce the number of people living in poverty on the territory of the municipality of Krumovgrad by supporting them with food in order to overcome a basic material deprivation. Krumovgrad Municipality has an available base for providing a warm lunch. The service will be provided through Domestic Social Patronage to 520 persons, of which 233 people in the Domestic Social Patronage in Krumovgrad, 37 — in the branch in Avren for the period from 15.09.2016 to 29 February 2020, as well as to 135 persons in the village of guinea fowl and 115 in the village of Egrek from 01.01.2018 to 29.02.2020. They will receive soup, main dish and bread, and in case of savings and dessert. The project will include persons from the following target groups:- Persons and families with monthly support under the terms and conditions of Art. 9 of the Regulation implementing the Social Assistance Act;- Persons with proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them, established by the Social Assistance Directorate;- Self-living persons and families receiving minimum pensions — for retirement and age; for invalidity; survivors’ pensions; non-labour-related pensions, as well as of an additional target group, according to Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy No RD-07-1 of 04.04.2016. Part of the approved beneficiaries will be given lunch on the spot and another part will be housed. Patronage and its affiliates have cars and enough cans for home delivery to end users with mobility difficulties.The project will also offer accompanying measures to the target group to complement the provision of a warm lunch. They consist of individual counselling and assistance for other social services offered on the territory of the municipality of Krumovgrad, including those financed by the ESF; for a healthy and balanced diet or other forms of support. Проект "Осигуряване на топъл обяд в община Крумовград" цели намаляване на броя на живеещите в бедност лица на територията на община Крумовград, чрез подпомагането им с храни, с оглед преодоляване на основно материално лишение. Община Крумовград разполага с налична база за осигуряване на топъл обяд. Услугата ще се предоставя чрез Домашен социален патронаж на 520 лица, от които на 233 души в Домашен социален патронаж гр. Крумовград, 37 - във филиала в с. Аврен за периода от 15.09.2016 г. до 29.02.2020г.,както на 135 лица във филиал с. Токачка и на 115 във филиал с. Егрек от 01.01.2018г. до 29.02.2020г. Те ще получават супа, основно ястие и хляб, а при реализирани икономии и десерт.В проекта ще бъдат включени лица от следните целеви групи:- Лица и семейства на месечно подпомагане по реда и условията на чл. 9 от Правилника за прилагане на Закона за социално подпомагане;- Лица с доказана липса на доходи и близки, които да се грижат за тях, установено от дирекция „Социално подпомагане“;-Самотно живеещи лица и семейства, получаващи минимални пенсии - за осигурителен стаж и възраст; за инвалидност; наследствени пенсии; пенсии, несвързани с трудова дейност , както и на допълнителна целева група, съгласно наредба на министъра на труда и социалната политика № РД-07-1 от 04.04.2016 г. На част от одобрените бенефициенти, обядът ще се предоставя на място, а на друга част ще се прави разнос по домовете. Патронажът и филиалите към него разполагат с коли и достатъчно канчета за разнос на храна по домовете на крайни потребители със затруднения в придвижването.В рамките на проекта ще се предлагат и съпътстващи мерки на целевата група, допълващи предоставянето на топъл обяд. Те се изразяват в индивидуално консултиране и съдействие за възможностите за ползване на други социални услуги, предлагани на територията на община Крумовград, включително и такива, финансирани от ЕСФ; за здравословно и балансирано хранене или други форми на подкрепа.
