The project “Youth Employment — Guarantee for the Future” aims at activating and integrating young people up to 29 years of age on the territory of Krumovgrad Municipality, who are not included in education or training or in employment, including those who are not registered as unemployed with the Employment Agency. The project aims at identifying and motivating inactive young people from the target group for active behaviour in the labour market, with follow-up activities for long-term employment, training or return to education. People falling within the target groups of the project will have the opportunity to train, improve their living standards, social inclusion, inclusion in the community, opportunity for active participation in the labour market and a new start in life. The implementation of the project on the territory of Krumovgrad Municipality will be in support of young people to adapt to new jobs in order to meet the rapid changes and requirements of the labour market. The project will help tackle poverty and social exclusion by creating new jobs. In order to achieve the objectives set, it is envisaged that the young people identified and included in the project will undergo motivational training and trainings for the acquisition of professional qualifications. Motivated and qualified young people will have the opportunity to engage in long-term employment. They will be employed in the structure of the Municipal Administration Krumovgrad for a period of 6 months. Acquiring professional qualifications and adapting inactive young people to a real working environment will greatly enhance their ability to effectively social inclusion and overcome social exclusion. After the completion of the project, the municipality will have motivated and trained young people who will have a greater chance of realisation on the labour market. Professionally qualified inactive young people will become more adaptable to the labour market. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(Bulgarian)
