The project “Building social housing for disadvantaged groups” aims to provide modern housing for vulnerable and other disadvantaged groups. The construction of this type of housing will ensure spatial integration of the representatives of marginalised communities as a whole and help to cope with their segregation, isolation and exclusion.The construction of a 3-storey residential building, including 18 social housing units, with the following distribution: • Residential type 1 — one-rooms — 3 units; • Residential type 2 — one-bedroom — 12; • Residential type 3 — three bedrooms; of which housing for people with disabilities — 3 pieces.The chosen place for construction of social housing is in one of the most vibrant residential complexes in the area with predominant social character of the city and with provided access to educational and social infrastructure (school, kindergarten, etc.) The newly built building will be supplied with drinking water from the water supply network of the town of Petrich, channelled and powered according to investment projects, measures are also foreseen to provide accessible architectural environment for people with motor problems or other disabilities — providing approaches, ramps, etc., and three of the dwellings are specially designed for people with disabilities. The building will be in harmonious unity with the environment. Each apartment will be furnished and equipped to provide basic living conditions for those accommodated in social housing. Проект "Изграждане на социални жилища за групи в неравностойно положение" цели осигуряване на съвременни жилища за настаняване на уязвими групи от населението и други групи в неравностойно положение. С изграждането на този тип жилища ще се осигури пространствена интеграция на представителите на маргинализираните общности като цяло и подпомогне справянето с тяхната сегрегация, изолация и изключване.Предвижда се изграждане на 3 етажна жилищна сграда, включваща 18 броя социални жилища, със следното разпределение:• Жилище тип 1 - едностайни – 3 броя;• Жилище тип 2 – двустайни – 12 броя;• Жилище тип 3 – тристайни – 3 броя;От които жилища за хора с увреждания – 3 броя.Избраното мястото за изграждане на социалните жилища е в един от най-оживените жилищни комплекси в зоната с преобладаващ социален характер на града и с осигурен достъп до образователна и социална инфраструктура (училище, детска градина, болница, социални услуги и др). Новопостроената сграда ще бъде водоснабдена с питейна вода от водопроводната мрежа на гр. Петрич, канализирана и електрозахранена съгласно инвестиционните проекти, предвиждат се също мерки за осигуряване на достъпна архитектурна среда за хора с двигателни проблеми или други увреждания - осигуряване на подходи, рампи и др., а три от жилищата са специално проектирани за хора с увреждания. Сградата ще бъде в хармонично единство с околната среда. Всяко жилище ще бъде обзаведено и оборудвано за осигуряване на основни битови условия за живот на настанените в социалните жилища. (Bulgarian)
