The project aims to increase energy efficiency in municipal buildings from the educational infrastructure in the town of Karnobat. The planned activities are aimed at the renovation and implementation of energy-saving measures in the Primary School “P.R. Slaveykov”, “Yana Luskova” Center and an auxiliary building of “Hristo Smirnenski” Primary School. The target groups targeted by the project are 436 children and pupils in both schools and kindergarten, as well as 45 staff. The planned duration of the project is 24 months. This draft proposal has a direct impact on the target groups by contributing to: • reduce energy costs and provide the necessary thermal comfort for occupants as a result of implementing energy efficiency measures. In addition, the performance of these buildings will be improved by improving the outdated building stock and building facilities to facilitate access for disadvantaged people. • Improves educational infrastructure and creates conditions for a comfortable working environment for the staff and for the provision of quality educational services to the students and children trained in Primary School “P.R. Slaveykov”, Primary School “Hristo Smirnenski” — auxiliary building and “Yana Luskova” Center, Karnobat. •ensure equal opportunities for children from all social and disadvantaged groups. • Boosts students’ motivation to attend classes. In the medium term, it will have an impact on improving the educational characteristics of the population and, as a result, the unemployment rate. • Reducing harmful CO2 emissions into the atmosphere as a result of the implementation of energy-efficient measures. The replacement of stoves of wood and coal used in Primary School “R.R. Slaveikov” with a heating installation with a boiler of wooden pallets will also help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Проектът цели повишаване на енергийната ефективност в общински сгради от образователната инфраструктура в град Карнобат. Планираните дейности са насочени към обновяване и внедряване на енергоспестяващи мерки в ОУ „П. Р. Славейков”, ЦДГ „Яна Лъскова” и спомагателна сграда на ОУ „Христо Смирненски”. Целевите групи, към които е насочен проекта са общо 436 деца и ученици, обучаващи се в двете училища и детската градина, както и 45 човека персонал. Планираната продължителност на проекта е 24 месеца. Настоящото проектопредложение въздейства пряко върху целевите групи, като допринася за: • намаляване на енергийните разходи и осигуряване на нужния топлинен комфорт за обитателите, като резултат от изпълнение на мерки за енергийна ефективност. Освен това ще се подобрят експлоатационните характеристики на тези сгради като се подобри остарелия сграден фонд и се изградят съоръжения за улесняване достъпа на хора в неравностойно положение.•подобрява образователна инфраструктура и създава условия за комфортна работна среда за персонала и за предоставяне на качествени образователни услуги на обучаваните ученици и деца в ОУ „П. Р. Славейков”, ОУ „Христо Смирненски” - спомагателна сграда и ЦДГ „Яна Лъскова”, гр. Карнобат. •осигурява равни възможности за развитие на децата от всички социални групи и групите в неравностойно положение.•повишава мотивацията на учениците да посещават учебни занятия. В средносрочен план ще повлияе върху подобряване на образователните характеристики на населението, а като резултат и върху равнището на безработица.•намаляване вредните емисии на CO2 в атмосферата, като резултат от изпълнение на енергоефективни мерки. Подмяната на печки на дърва и въглища използвани в ОУ „П. Р. Славейков” с отоплителна инсталация с котел на дървени палети ще спомогне и за намаляване на емисиите на парникови газове. (Bulgarian)
