This project proposal contains activities and objectives that the Municipality of Bolyarovo has defined in the Municipal Plan for Roma Integration in Bolyarovo Municipality, adopted by Decision No 475/26.02.2015 (2014-2020). The activities are aimed at creating conditions for helping children from ethnic minorities and marginalised social groups to gain successful professional, social and personal fulfilment. The project foresees activities to ensure full access of children from poor Roma and Bulgarian families to pre-school preparation and upbringing by working with a psychologist and speech therapist. Work with children’s teachers and teachers is also envisaged in order to improve the qualification of educators from the municipality for work in a multicultural environment, while overcoming negative public attitudes based on ethnic origin.By the created within the framework of the project “Learning” and the activities that will be carried out in it will achieve mastery of Bulgarian language as a prerequisite for successful educational integration in school — acquaintance with fiction, recreation of roles, dramatisations, musical performances, etc.; The establishment of interest clubs in kindergartens (“Folklar and traditions — sing and dance”, “Children’s theater”, “Friends of nature”, “Safe of movement”, “Sport and entertainment for young children” and “I paint and construct”) is aimed at increasing the motivation and retention of children’s interest in the educational process and their need to attend kindergarten. As a means of motivating parents to recognise the importance of education, all activities of the clubs are intended to be presented to the general public. The additional and visible results of pedagogical work with children will be shown, which will also be used as a tool to involve parents in the educational process. Настоящото проектно предложение съдържа дейности и цели, които община Болярово e дефинирала в приетият с Решение № 475/26.02.2015 г. Общински план за интерграция на ромите в община Болярово (2014-2020 година). Дейностите са насочени към създаване на условия за подпомогне децата от етническите малцинства и маргинализираните обществени групи, да получат успешна професионална, социална и личностна реализация. Проектът предвижда дейности по осигуряване на пълноценен достъп на децата от бедните ромски и български семейства до предучилищна подготовка и възпитание, чрез работа с психолог и логопед. Предвидена е и работа с детски учители и преподаватели с цел повишаване на квалификацията на педагозите от общината за работа в мултикултурна среда, като в същото време се преодоляват негативните обществени нагласи, основани на етнически произход.Чрез създаденият в рамките на проекта център „Ограмотяване“ и дейностите, които ще бъдат извършени в него ще се постигне овладяванене на български език, като предпоставка за успешна образователна интеграция в училище - запознаване с художествена литература, пресъздаване на роли, драматизации, музикални спектакли и др.; Създаването на клубове по интереси в детските градини („Фолклор и традиции – пея и танцувам”, „Детски театър”, “Приятели на природата”, „Безопасност на движението”, „Спорт и развлечения за малките деца” и „Аз рисувам и конструирам”) е насочено към повишаване на мотивацията и задържане на интереса на децата към образователния процес и тяхната потребност да посещават детска градина. Като средство за мотивиране на родителите да припознаят значимостта на образованието, е предвидено всички дейности на клубовете да бъдат представени пред широката общественост. Нагледно ще се покажат допълнителните и видими резултати от педагогическата работа с децата, което ще се използва и като инструмент за включване на родителите във възпитателния процес.
