The project includes activities to prevent and support access to services for vulnerable persons, people with disabilities in a self-service condition, persons in quarantine and other activities related to the protection of the health of the most endangered and most COVID-19 people on the territory of Antonovo Municipality. Aim to improve the quality of life and the opportunities for social inclusion of people with disabilities and the elderly by providing services in the home environment and building appropriate capacity for their provision.Target groups 23 people living and/or residing in the territory of Antonovo municipality, including: Elderly people over 65 years of age with restrictions or inability to self-service; Persons with disabilities and their families; Employees of social service providers; Adults at risk. 6 people providing home-based services for elderly people over 65 years old with restrictions or inability to self-service, people with disabilities and their families, employees of social service providers, adults at risk. Проектът включва дейности за превенция и подпомагане достъпа до услуги на уязвими лица, хора с увреждания в невъзможност за самообслужване, лица в карантинен период и други дейности свързани с опазване здравето на най-застрашените и в най-голяма степен от COVID-19 лица на територията на община Антоново.
