The project proposal is for the recultivation of the municipal landfill in the town of Bobov Dol, which is located in the land of the town, “Govedarnika” area. The property is owned by the municipality of Bobov dol with a way of permanent use — landfill. The municipal landfill was not built according to modern norms and environmental requirements. It is located in the territory of an old quarry where coal was extracted by open means. It started operating in 1973 and reached the site of the landfill by dirt road. The waste is landfilled throughout the entire area of the parcel as well as outside it. The project proposal provides for existing waste to be collected on the territory of the property, designated as a landfill, with an area of 15273sq.m., forming a stable body with air bevels, berms and trays, along which to lay recultivation layers of minimum thickness, ensuring the subsequent use of the property for pasture and mera. In order to stabilise the underwater leaching of the landfill, it is envisaged to build a bulk of rock material fraction 0-500 mm in the contour of the current waste body, which is the south-eastern boundary of an existing litter. Gas drains leading biogas to a vertical gas well will be built to capture and dispose of landfill biogas. Surface waters from the site are captured and taken from ditches along the berms to the lowest point of operating berm No 0, and there by pipeline below the bar is discharged to the north-west end of the site. Monitoring wells for groundwater and geodetic tracks will be built to control the settlements in the waste body. After the completion of the technical reclamation of the municipal landfill in Bobov Dol, biological reclamation will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance 26/1996 on the recultivation of damaged land, improvement of poorly productive lands, removal and utilisation of the humus layer. Проектното предложение е за рекултивация на общинско сметище гр.Бобов дол, което е разположено в землището на града, местност "Говедарника". Имотът е собственост на община Бобов дол с начин на трайно ползване - сметище. Общинското сметище не е изграждано по съвременните норми и екологични изисквания. Разположено е на територията на стара кариера, в която са добивани въглища по открит способ. Началото на експлоатацията му е от 1973г. като до площадката на депото се достига по черен път. Отпадъците са депонирани по цялата площ на парцела, както и извън него. Проектното предложение предвижда съществуващите отпадъци да се съберат на територията на имота, отреден за сметище, с площ 15273кв.м., като се оформи стабилно тяло с въздушни откоси, берма и табан, по което да се положат рекултивационни слоеве с минимална дебелина, осигуряващи последващото ползване на имота за пасище и мера. С цел стабилизиране на подводния откос на сметищното тяло се предвижда да се изгради насип от скален материал фракция 0-500мм по контура на сега съществуващото тяло на отпадъци, явяващ се югоизточна граница на съществуващ гьол. За улавяне и обезвреждане на сметищен биогаз ще се изградят газови дренажни жили, отвеждащи биогаза до вертикален газов кладенец. Повърхностните води от територията на обекта се улавят и отвеждат от канавки по бермите до най-ниската точка на експлоатационна берма №0, а там посредством тръбопровод под бермата се заустват в северозападния край на обекта. Ще се изградят мониторингови кладенци за подземни води и геодезически репери за контрол на сляганията в тялото на отпадъците. След приключването на техническата рекултивация на общинското сметище гр.Бобов дол, ще се извърши и биологична рекултивация, съгласно разпоредбите на Наредба 26/1996г. за рекултивация на нарушени терени, подобряване на слабопродуктивни земи, отнемане и оползотворяване на хумусния пласт.
