The implementation of this project proposal will contribute to providing the necessary infrastructure for the creation of new social services in the community, mainly aimed at children with disabilities and their families. This will be achieved by carrying out renovation, reconstruction and modernisation of a municipal building, in which a Centre for Public Support and the Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities and their families will be established, as set out in the Map of Support Services in the Community and in the Family Environment and the Map of Residential Services. This will widen the range of public care offered and ensure the long-term social inclusion of children living in isolation due to the constant need for care. Until 1998, the planned intervention building hosted a full-day kindergarten, but at present the building is not inhabited. The building is a massive monolithic building with cellar and two floors with a total built-up area of 1 149 sq. m. Near it is located a multi-profile hospital for active treatment, three educational establishments and park areas. Изпълнението на настоящото проектно предложение ще допринесе за осигуряване на необходимата инфраструктура за разкриване на нови социални услуги в общността, насочени основно към децата с увреждания и техните семейства. Това ще бъде постигнато чрез извършване на ремонт, преустройство и модернизация на общинска сграда, в която ще бъдат създадени Център за обществена подкрепа и Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства, съгласно заложеното в Картата на услугите за подкрепа в общността и в семейна среда и Картата на резидентните услуги. По този начин ще се разшири спектъра на предлаганите обществени грижи и ще се гарантира социално включване в дългосрочен план на деца, живеещи в изолация поради постоянната нужда от обгрижване.До 1998 г. в предвидената за интервенция сграда се е помещавала целодневна детска градина, но към настоящия момент зданието не се обитава. Постройката представлява масивна монолитна сграда с изба и два етажа с разгъната застроена площ 1 149 кв. м. В близост до нея се намират многопрофилна болница за активно лeчение, три учебни заведения и паркови площи.
