The project proposal (PP) is related to activities aimed at improving and modernising the cultural infrastructure on the territory of the Municipality of Varna-Dr. Asparuhovo and in particular the project aims to create a “Sea Education Centre”, which includes repairs, renovation and equipment/furnishing of Chitalishte “Vasil Lesski-Galata 1927”. The PP will contribute to improving the quality of life on the territory of the municipality. The specific activities of the project are related to improving the conditions for the development of cultural, educational and creative activities in the municipality, expanding the social scope of the Chitalishte activity in the city of Varna by providing opportunities for year-round use of the material and technical facilities, carrying out construction and renovation works on the facade of the Chitalishte and renovation of the stage furniture and equipment. Pp will also contribute to increasing the educational and information status of the population through the development of new activities in the Chitalishte building, the transformation of Chitalishte “Vasil Levski-Galata 1927” into a Maritime Education Centre and a sustainable local institution meeting the needs of the community. With the realisation of the project Chitalishte “Vasil Levski — Galata 1927” will become a dynamic and modern center of the local community, which will preserve the cultural identity of the municipality and preserve it for future generations. With the realisation of the PP, a complete change of the Chitalishte is expected as a traditional cultural institution, deeply related to the customs and spirituality of the population, which acquires the functions of a modern maritime educational center, a center for communication of the local community. With the realisation of the PP the following results will be achieved:-Completely renovated building of Chitalishte “Vasil Levski — Galata 1927”;-Renewed theatre hall of Chitalishte “Vasil Levski — Galata 1927”; — Access for people with disabilities;- Provided modern equipment for the cultural and information activities of Chitalishte “Vasil Levski — Galata 1927”;-Created modern “Sea Education Center”. Проектното предложение /ПП/е свързано с дейности насочени към подобряване и модернизиране на културната инфраструктура на територията на Община Варна-р-н Аспарухово и по-конкретно проекта цели създаване на "Морски образователен център", което включва ремонтни дейности, обновяване и оборудване/обзавеждане на НЧ “Васил Лески- Галата 1927”. ПП ще съдейства за повишаване качеството на живот на територията на общината. Конкретните дейности по проекта са свързани с подобряване условията за развитие на културно-образователна и творческа дейност в общината, разширяване на социалния обхват на читалищната дейност в град Варна, чрез осигуряване на възможности за целогодишно използване на материално-техническата база, извършване на строително-ремонтни дейности по фасадата на читалището и обновяване на сценичното обзавеждане и оборудване. ПП ще допринесе и до повишаване на образователния и информационен статус на населението, чрез развитие на нови дейности в сградата на читалището, превръщане на НЧ „Васил Левски-Галата 1927” в Морски образователен център и устойчива местна институция, отговаряща на потребностите на общността. С реализацията на проекта НЧ „Васил Левски- Галата 1927”, ще се превърне в динамично и съвременно средище на местната общност, което да съхрани културната идентичност на общината и да я запази за бъдещите поколения. С реализирането на ПП се очаква цялостна промяна на читалището като традиционна културна институция, дълбоко свързана с обичаите и духовността на населението, което придобива функциите на модерен морски образователен център, средище за общуване на местната общност. С реализацията на ПП ще бъдат постигнати следните резултати:-Изцяло обновена сграда на НЧ „Васил Левски - Галата 1927” ;-Обновен театрален салон на НЧ „Васил Левски - Галата 1927” ;-Осигурен достъп за хора с увреждания;-Осигурено съвременно оборудване за културната и информационна дейност на НЧ „Васил Левски- Галата 1927”;-Създаден модерен "Морски образователен център".
