The project proposal is aimed at financing the costs of the Municipality of Vratsa in order to ensure its activities for the management and implementation of the Investment Programme of the Municipality for the period up to 2023 for the implementation of its integrated plan for urban rehabilitation and development. The project proposal includes measures to ensure remuneration of the employees of the municipality who will be involved in the implementation of the investment programme, the teams of the intermediate body, as well as the remuneration of external experts involved in the evaluation of project proposals. Included are expenditure necessary to update the financial management and control system to ensure appropriate and efficient management of the funds allocated under Priority Axis 1 of OPRG 2014-2020. The proposal covers activities aimed at improving the administrative capacity of the municipality to implement the IHLG. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Проектното предложение е насочено към финансиране на разходите на Община Враца с цел обезпечаване на дейностите й по управление и изпълнение на Инвестиционната програма на общината за периода до 2023 г. за изпълнение на интегрирания й план за градско възстановяване и развитие. Проектното предложение включва мерки за осигуряване на възнаграждения на служителите на общината, които ще бъдат ангажирани с изпълнение на инвестиционната програма, екипите на междиннoто звено, както и възнаграждения на външни експерти, участващи в оценката на проектни предложения. Включени са разходи, необходими за актуализиране на системата за финансово управление и контрол, което да гарантира целесъобразно и ефикасно управление на средствата, отпуснати в рамките на приоритетна ос 1 на ОПРР 2014-2020. Предложението обхваща дейности, насочени към подобряване на административния капацитет на общината за изпълнение на ИПГВР. (Bulgarian)
