Project “Sustainable Development of Social Inclusion Services in Vidin Municipality” is a natural continuation of the project “All Children with Equal Start in School”, funded by Loan 7612BG by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the period 2008-2015). The social service models created will continue to function and build on what has been achieved so far. All services to be provided under this project are priorities for the realisation of the strategic and specific objectives of Vidin Municipality in the field of early childhood development. The implementation of the project proposal is an additional opportunity for risk prevention and support for overcoming risk situations regarding the fundamental rights of the child, including: the right to live in a family environment, the right to education, the right to health, protection from violence, neglect and all forms of exploitation and discrimination, the right to development, a decent standard of living, a full life and social integration of children with disabilities. The implementation of the project will enable users to return their sense of life, the care of the state and the municipality for children and their families, within the requirements of the program to determine their needs and independently choose the services they will use. The horizontal principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development will be respected in the implementation of the main activities towards the objectives. The improved facilities and the work of the specialists are a factor for the future sustainable development of the services offered. The implementation of the project will be based on the objectives set by the Municipality of Vidin to represent, defend and defend the interests and rights of the users of early childhood development services. The experience gained by the applicant in the field of social services will contribute to the successful implementation and continuation of the project activities. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Проект "Устойчиво развитие на услугите за социално включване в община Видин" е естествено продължение на проект "Всички деца с равен старт в училище" , финансиран със Заем 7612BG от Международната банка за възстановяване и развитие в периода 2008 – 2015 г.) . Създадените модели на социални услуги ще продължат да функционират и надграждат постигнатото до момента. Всички услуги, които ще бъдат предоставяни по настоящия проект, са приоритетни за реализирането на стратегическите и конкретни цели на община Видин в областта на ранното детско развитие. Реализирането на проектното предложение е допълнителна възможност за превенция на рисковете и подкрепа за преодоляване на рискови ситуации по отношение на основните права на детето, в това число: правото на живот в семейна среда, правото на образование, правото на здравеопазване, защита от насилие, пренебрежение и всякакви форми на експлоатация и дискриминация, право на развитие, достоен жизнен стандарт, пълноценен живот и социална интеграция на децата с увреждания. Реализирането на проекта ще даде възможност на потребителите да върнат усещането си за живот, за грижата на държавата и общината за децата и техните семейства, в рамките на изискванията на програмата да определят своите нужди и самостоятелно да изберат услугите, които ще ползват. При изпълнение на основните дейности към постигане на целите ще бъдат спазвани хоризонталните принципи за равни възможности и недопускане на дискриминация, равенство между половете и устойчиво развитие. Подобрената материална база и работата на специалистите е фактор за бъдещо устойчиво развитие на предлаганите услуги. Изпълнението на проекта ще се базира на поставените цели на Община Видин да представлява, отстоява и защитава интересите и правата на потребителите на услугите за ранно детско развитие. Натрупаният опит на кандидата в сферата на социалните услуги ще допринесе за успешната реализация и продължението на дейностите по проекта. (Bulgarian)
