The financial plan is part of the consistent policy of the NF Directorate for continuous upskilling of employees. Participation in workshops, seminars, symposia and meetings, as well as in working meetings of the CA, will allow to obtain practical guidelines, best practices, clarifications, as well as to comment on specific cases and new regulatory changes. The trainings conducted so far have resulted in a high positive outcome in terms of the improvement and professional qualification of the CA’s staff. During the planned working meetings with the MA, the problems will be examined and discussed. one of the main elements of the cost certification process is the performance of on-the-spot checks at beneficiaries. These checks are carried out within the volume and deadlines in accordance with the procedures and rules of the CB, which is of utmost importance to provide logistical support to the staff team in order to carry out the verification at beneficiaries outside Sofia. which will allow for timely implementation of the experts’ duties. The provision of tariff plans for the staff ensures flexibility, information and constant communication between staff. Given the commitments of the Directorate during the current programming period, the use of consultancy services for various purposes related to activities for effective and efficient implementation of the commitments under the operational programmes is foreseen. Финансовият план е част от последователната политика на дирекция НФ за непрекъснато повишаване на квалификацията на служителите.Участието в работни срещи,семинари,симпозиуми и заседания,както и в работни срещи на СО,ще даде възможност да се получат практически указания,добри практики,разяснения,както и да бъдат коментирани конкретни казуси и нови нормативни промени.Проведените до настоящия момент обучения доведоха до висок положителен резултат по отношение на подобряването а професионалната квалификация на служителите на СО.По време на предвидените работни срещи с УО ще бъдат разгледани и дискутирани проблемите, които имат институциите, както и ще се търсят адекватни решения,приложими за всяка от страните на отделните нива.Един от основните елементи от процеса по сертификация на разходите е извършването на проверки на място при бенефициенти.Тези проверки се извършват в обема и сроковете съгласно процедурите и правилата на СО,поради което от изключителна важност е осигуряването на логистична подкрепа за екипа от служители,с оглед извършване на проверката при бенефициенти извън гр. София.Предвижда се закупуване на оборудване,което ще даде възможност за навременно изпълнение на служебните ангажименти на експертите.Обезпечаването на тарифни планове за служителите гарантира гъвкавост,информираност и постоянна комуникация между служителите.Предвид ангажиментите на дирекцията през настоящия програмен период,се предвижда използване на консултантски услуги за различни цели,свързани с дейности по ефективно и ефикасно изпълнение на ангажиментите по оперативните програми.
