Фирма „Мирали” ЕООД планира разкриване на 8 нови работни места за шивачи, като за срок от 12 месеца се предвижда осигуряването на заетост за безработни и/или неактивни лица и създаването на най-малкото 4 устойчиви раб. места след края на проекта. За всички новонаети лица ще бъде осигурено професионално обучение за придобиване на първа степен на професионална квалификация по професия „Шивач”. В оглед качеството на новите раб. места ще бъдат закупени 3 броя специализирани шевни машини.С цел успешното и навременно изпълнение на проекта се планира и дейност по организация и управление на проекта.В този контекст са заложени за постигане следните конкретни резултати:1.Наети по трудов договор 8 безработни и/или неактивни лица (8 лица от следните специфични целеви групи: продължително безработни/неактивни лица, и безработни лица на възраст над 54 г.).2.Обучени 8 новонаети лица по професия „Шивач”, код 542110, с общ хорариум от 308 учебни часа.3.Закупени 3 броя специализирани шевни машини за оборудване на новоразкрити работни места.4.Създадени условия и предпоставки за гарантиране на минимум 4 нови устойчиви работни места.5.Засилен производствен капацитет на дружеството, който ще подсигури устойчивост на дейността на фирмата и ще създаде условия да се мултиплицира натрупания в рамките на този проект опит за разкриване на още нови работни места.
