Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie I.18-XII.19 na ter. Gm. Pełczyce w woj. zach-pom. Ukierunkowany jest on na zwiększenie dostępu do usług wsparcia rodziny i ograniczenia umieszczania dzieci w pieczy zastępczej. Wsparciem w ramach proj. objętych zostanie 66os. (37K;29M) w tym 20os. (15K;5M) dorosłych (rodzice) oraz 46 dzieci (22K;24M ). Grupę doc. stanowią os. zagrożone ubóstwem i wyklucz. społ. z Gm. Pełczyce. W ramach proj. realizow. będą działania w okresie I.18-XII.19: - Specjalistyczny punkt wsparcia rodzin w ramach, którego realizowane będzie terapia uzależnień dla 10os./(4h m-c/1os.); zatrudnienie asystenta rodziny dla 20 rodzin (10 rodzin na rok)(8h m-c/1rodz.); poradnictwo psychologiczne 2gr x 4h (1gr/10os.); poradnictwo prawne 2gr x 4h (1gr/10os.). - utworzenie „Akademii rodzin”: doposażenie pomieszczenia na ter. Gminy w Pełczycach w celu prawidłowej realizacji warsztatów dla rodziców 20os. (15K;5M) oraz zatrudnienie opiekunki do 46 dzieci (22K;24M) na czas pobytu rodziców na warsztatach. W każdym roku realizacji proj. zaplanowano organizacje okolicznościowych spotkań i wyjazdu integrujących środowisko rodzin i ich otoczenia. Zaplanowane działania wynikają z przeprowadzonej diagnozy zapotrzebowania na działania w obszarze wsparcia rodzin na ter. Gm. Pełczyce i korespondują z założeniami i celami Gminnego Programu Wspierania Rodziny na lata 2015–2017 dot. gm. Pełczyce, Regionu dla Rodziny oraz Woj. Programu Wspierania Rodziny i Systemu Pieczy Zastępczej 2014-2020. Rezultaty: - Liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług społ., istniejących po zakończeniu programu: 3 - Liczba os. zagroż. ubóstwem i/lub wyklucz . społ., które otrzymały wsparcie w zakresie usług społecznych świadczonych w interesie ogólnym: 66os.(37K;29M) - Liczba zatrudnionych asystentów rodziny: 1os. The project will be implemented in the period I.18-XII.19 to ter. GM. Fully in the voivodship. It aims at increasing access to family support services and reducing the placement of children in foster care. Support under the project will cover 66 people. (37K; 29M) of which 20os. (15K; 5M) adults (parents) and 46 children (22K;24M). The doc group is at risk of poverty and exclusion from Gm. Pełczyce. The project will include activities in the period I.18-XII.19: — A special support point for families within which addiction therapy will be carried out for 10 people/(4h m-c/1os.); employment of a family assistant for 20 families (10 families per year)(8h m-c/1n); psychological counselling 2gr x 4h (1gr/10os.); legal counselling 2gr x 4h (1gr/10os.). — creation of the “Family Academy”: refurbishment of the room on the ter. Municipalities in Pełczyce in order to properly implement workshops for parents 20os. (15K; 5M) and hiring a babysitter up to 46 children (22K;24M) during the parents’ stay at the workshop. Each year of the project the organisation of commemorative meetings and departures integrating the environment of families and their surroundings was planned. The planned actions result from a diagnosis of the need for action in the area of family support for the ter. GM. Pełczyce corresponds with the assumptions and objectives of the Municipal Family Support Programme 2015-2017 for the commune Pełczyce, Region for Family and Woj. The Family Support and Replacement System 2014-2020 program. Results: — Number of places supported by the programme for the provision of social services which exist after the end of the programme: 3 – The number of persons at risk of poverty and/or exclusion, which have received support in the field of social services of general interest: 66person(37K;29M) – Number of family assistants employed: 1 o'clock.
