МБМ МЕТАЛУЪРК ООД е създадена 2005 година в България.Дейността на дружеството е металообработване, проектиране и производство на матрици, щанцоване на метали и др. Продуктите й се използват за асансьори, автомобили, фитнес уреди.Към момента персонала на фирмата възлиза на 65 човека.Развитието на компанията и необходимостта от повишаване качеството на работната сила и развитие на човешкия капитал в МБМ МЕТАЛУЪРК ООД води до идеята за повишаване адаптивността и конкурентноспособността на заетите лица, чрез:- предоставяне на обучения по професионална квалификация;- предоставяне на обучения по ключови компетентности.Планираните по проекта дейности включват: Организация и управление; Информация и комуникация; Предоставяне на професионално обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация; Обучение за придобиване на ключови компетентности и Оценка на ефективността от проведените обучения и постигнатите резултати.
