Projekt řeší zpracování dPP obce Ostroměř a vybudování varovného a výstražného systému obce Ostroměř. Zpracováním digitálního povodňového plánu bude splněn předpoklad přípravných opatření před povodněmi. Povodňový plán je jeden ze souborů činností vedoucích k možnému snížení hrozivých následků při povodních. Vybudováním varovného a výstražného systému bude zajištěno včasné varování obyvatelstva.
