Kosara R Ltd. produces high quality textile production for the Bulgarian and foreign market, implemented according to the best practices and the latest requirements of the sewing industry. In its activity, the company strives to continuously satisfy the requirements of the clients by investing in technological renewal and implementation of modern production solutions in order to minimise costs and increase the efficiency of production. This project aims to implement a pilot technology for waste-free production based on efficient management of inputs and waste. The activities envisaged include the implementation of technological solutions to optimise the production process, reduce the raw materials used and the waste generated. The implementation of new technologies will improve the resource efficiency and efficiency of the production process through efficient management of the production cycle and automation of processes, achieving optimal resource use and increasing production capacity. In order to realise the developed idea, the company will purchase highly technological and precise equipment using waste-free, automated and ultrasonic technologies, which will achieve optimisation of the production process and increase capacity through significant improvements in the main stages of production — cutting, ironing, sewing, as well as specialised machines for processing textile and paper and cardboard waste, which will close the production cycle. The implementation of the activities set out in the project proposal will lead to the following results:- Improving the way of production and introduction of innovative resource-efficient and waste-free technology;- Expanding production capacity through the implementation of new and automated technologies;- Achieved efficient management and optimisation of the production process;--Innovative and institutional capacity. „КОСАРА Р“ ЕООД произвежда висококачествена текстилна продукция за българския и чуждестранен пазар, изпълнена според най-добрите практики и най-новите изисквания на шевната индустрия. В дейността си фирмата се стреми непрекъснато да удовлетворява изискванията на клиентите, като инвестира в технологично обновление и внедряване на съвременни производствени решения с цел минимизиране на разходите и увеличаване на ефективността на производството. Настоящият проект е насочен към внедряване на пилотна технология за безотпадно производство, основана на ефективно управление на влаганите суровини и отпадъци. Предвидените дейности включват внедряване на технологични решения за оптимизиране на производствения процес, намаляване на използваните суровини и образуваните отпадъци. Внедряването на нови технологии ще подобри ресурсната ефективност и ефикасността на производствения процес чрез ефективно управление на производствения цикъл и автоматизиране на процесите, постигайки оптимално изразходване на ресурси и повишаване на производствения капацитет. С оглед реализиране на разработената идея предприятието ще закупи високо технологично и прецизно оборудване, използващо безотпадни, автоматизирани и ултразвукови технологии, с които ще се постигне оптимизация на производствения процес и повишаване на капацитета чрез значителни подобрения на основни етапи от производството – кроене, гладене, шиене, както и специализирани машини за обработване на отпадъци от текстил и от хартия и картон, с които ще се затвори цикъла на производство. Реализацията на дейностите, заложени в проектното предложение ще доведе до следните резултати:- Подобряване на начина на производство и въвеждане на иновативна ресурсно ефективна и безотпадна технология;- Разширяване на производствения капацитет посредством внедряването на нови и автоматизирани технологии;- Постигнато ефективно управление и оптимизиране на производствения процес;-Повишен иновационен и институционален капацитет.
